This outfit are thieves. Sell a hotel cheaper than other sites and then you pay up front. Today I rang the hotel to check up on my booking and discovered they had not even paid my money over. I discovered they are in Liquidation. I now have to pay again more for the same hotel as I found out that they had not even paid the money over. Someone has been keeping the money.

, In light of a letter received from Lowcostholidays Spain.
I contacted Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees Hong Kong to check on our booking only to be told that our room has been canceled, My bank statement indicates that $597.08 was paid 18/01/16. Can you explain why our booking was canceled?
Hoping you can resolve this issue for me.

Honeymoon ruined
July 27, 2016

Booked a hotel in Rome back in Feb for our honeymoon on Aug 7th. Found out yesterday our hotel has been cancelled by hoteling.com. Lost $500. No hotel for next week.
Would give no stars if the site allowed.

En mi caso hicimos el pago total por una estadía en punta cana ya en febrero para octubre y me confirmaron del hotel que está realizada pero ahora leo todo esto y me preocupa llegar a nuestra luna de miel y que no esté pagado. Dios! Ayuda!

I live in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL area and on March 23,2016 I booked a hotel room for the weekend in Miami Beach, FL. I searched online using Kayak and found a hotel from Hoteling.com for the weekend of July 22-25,2016. I used my debit card and paid $346.75 for the hotel stay including all taxes and resort fees. The charge appeared on my statement and I received a confirmation email from Hoteling.com confirming my stay. Prior to my stay, I contacted the hotel directly to confirm my reservation and they had all my information in the system and said I was all set for my stay with them. When I arrived to the hotel they said that my reservation showed cancelled but it would be no problem to reinstate it. The hotel then asked me for my ID as well as the card I used to book my room. Since I had used a debit card to book my room they also asked me for a credit card to keep on file. I felt that was standard protocol when you are staying at a hotel so I provided my credit card as well. When I went to check out of my hotel I was informed that Hoteling.com never paid them for my stay and that the hotel had charged my card so they could get paid for the room. I have contacted my bank and reported these charges as fraud and hope to be reimbursed. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE, DO NOT USE THIS SITE, IT IS A SCAM!

Ho prenotato 14 luglio pagando con carta credito e il 15 luglio hanno dichiarato fallimento e non lo sapevano che andavano in tribunale per fallimento dovevano chiudere sito giorni prima e, non accettare soldi ino lavora tutto l'anno per andare in vacanza richiedete rimborso per servizio non usufruito con carta di credito

Just like everybody else... my reservation was cancelled without my knowledge... have to pay full price for two nights and now, I have to go through the pain of calling up my credit card and ask for a refund. Do not use Hoteling.com... scam, scam, scam!

Scam by Hoteling

I have booked my accommodation thru Hoteling for one month ago, however when I arrived the destination, I found out the booking has been cancelled by hoteling without any notification, the Hotel insist me to pay the accommodation again, please tell me what happen and why Hoteling can cancel my accommodation booking without any notification. This kind of scam is not acceptable and which is serious crime, please tell me how can I claim back the money fm Hoteling!

Hoteling cancelled my accommodation booking with no notification. Arrived at my destination only to find the room was cancelled. Had to pay directly to the hotel. Still no word from Hoteling. They are scam artists and not to be trusted.

We booked a motel room at Palm Cove only to find out a day before our arrival our booking had been cancelled a week ago. It's only by chance that I called today to request a porta cot and the motel told me our booking had been cancelled. Absolutely fuming. We have now had to fork out $ 2000 twice, waste 2 hours of my holiday phoning other resorts. Luckily The resort called me and I formed me they had a last minute cancellation.

I made reservations for the VIK All-inclusive in Punta Cana three months ago. On July 12th I called and spoke with Hoteling.com and they reconfirmed my reservation. Unknown to me they declared bankruptsy three days later! Obviously they already knew of this within three days! I show up with my girlfriend at the VIK Hotel on July 20th and come to find out: Hoteling.com had declared bankruptsy five days before, had not sent my money to the hotel, had cancelled the reservation that same morning as my check-in, never had the decency to e-mail me of the cancelation, now the Hotel was full, so I could not even pay a second time to stay there! Total and very expensive disaster! Someone should go to jail, but they say their office is in Spain and they declared bankrupsty!

Hoteling was a HUGE scam and almost ruined my trip to Cabo San Lucas. We book 3 nights at Tesoro Los Cabos for July 16-19. It was the cheapest price available.

When we arrived to the hotel, they told us our reservation was cancelled, with no notice to us. The website hoteling.com nows claim to on longer exist and now will go by the name Low Cost Travel. Wells Fargo was able to return the money to my boyfriends card and we reported fraud, and Tesoro made us a new reservation at a similar rate. However, that was just so scary and unprofessional to cancel our reservation the day before we arrive to a new country.

Used these criminals to book a hotel in December 2015 for my stay starting today July 2016 and paid in full on my credit card which was charged the full amount in December. I even called the hotel and confirmed the booking was made the day after but when I arrived at the hotel today was told the booking had been cancelled yesterday without my knowledge and no refund of the money. These people are criminals and should be in prison nothing short of pure thieves scamming tourists and the governments where these criminals are operating are no better allowing these individuals to operate in their countries. Spain is definitely off my list of travelling to or recommending to anyone who is considering travelling to that country. To the thrieves who stole my money expect a big surprise in your mailbox and stand well back when you open it!

Reservation was cancelled!

I reserved a room at the Flamingo in Vegas and when I arrived at the hotel, my reservation had been cancelled through Hoteling.com 4 days prior to our arrival. Now keep in mind that I had paid for the room 6 weeks in advance. I have no idea why they did this but I can tell you I will do everything I can to discourage people from using their service. Very poor!

Booked my accomodation 12/6/2016 ( HOTELING what a f#%^* en Joke) paid in full AUD 2379. 04 received a confirmation number all good! Once payment was made I contacted via email the hotel to confirm, they emailed me back confirming my booking. Today 20/ 7 2016 we check in and are told our booking has been cancelled by the staff here! They told us they have not received any money from HOTELING...
BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THIS SITE
I have read so many more BAD reviews after my post, this is criminal activity and this company should be made to pay for the stress and despair they have left people in... Bankruptcy my arse! They knew exactly what they were doing, robbing people! 25/7/16
