It was a bad experience that i have encountered that i had been told by the hotel staff from Rendezvous Grand Hotel Perth at Scarborough that my room booking has been cancelled by hoteling.com on 16 Jul 2016 for my 4 night stay which supposed to start on 19 Jul 2016 without my consent.
Although i knew this is not Rendezvous hotel problem, but the on duty manager is unfriendly told us to contact the agent by ourself without giving us the helping hand. I think he could handle it more professional and advise us on what to do instead of letting us to call and handle it all by our own. They didn't provide us the hospitality despite the fact that i was staying with them for the last 3 night which i was just check out yesterday and supposed to check in again today.
We booked a hotel for 2 adults and three children. They are 16, 14, 11 years old, so classified as children. As we checked in when we arrivied there the confirmation said we booked for 3 infants instead of children. It must have been a server error because we searched for the hotel for several times and always with the same price.
I am very nervous, we booked a hotel through hotelling in June, paid in full - now Ive read these terrible reviews... what to do? I've rung the hotel and they have our reservation, however I'm still worried.!

No response from Hoteling, I'm gutted
I made a booking to my honeymoon in cancun. On 14 July. I have received my confirmation email and booking order number *******... and everything is ok. But today this morning i call to the hotel in cancun. And I dont have a reservation to me... the charge in my credit card is charged. Can someone help me with this problem?
We made a hotel reservation and paid for the stay. When we arrived to check in, the hotel informed us that our booking had been cancelled, we had to pay again for the room. After investigation by the hotel, they found that the same thing had happened to 3 other hoteling.com bookings. This company is apparently bankrupt but still taking peoples bookings and payments. Disgraceful behaviour.
Booked at hotel in Tokyo and was looking forward to going, but made the mistake of booking through booking.com. We did not get a confirmation e-mail for our booking, just a reference number on screen after we paid for our room. When I contacted the hotel that we (thought) we had booked at room at, they had never heard of us and the reference did not match. Turns out that booking.com had charged us somewhere around 1000$ but not actually booking our hotel room.
When I (finally) got in touch with consumer service they asked us to wait a day or to (the booking had been made two months before) and they would sort it out. After several e-mails and phone calls, we were told that they did not manage to book us a room. This was one day before we were supposed to check in. So in short. We paid a hustling company 1000$ for a service they did not deliver, and which was never theirs to sell in the first place.
As I understand it, this company takes money from unsuspecting costumers, in the hope that they are able to buy up bulk rooms. So some may be lucky and get the room they actually paid for, and others (like us) have to pay a higher price for another hotel (being close to arrival) because booking.com sells rooms before they are theirs to sell.
So even though there are some positive reviews as well as many bad ones, if you dont want to be the victim of a scam company. Stay away.
Need to refund my money as Hoteling.com cancel my booking in Sunway pyramid hotel Malaysia without informing me.

I made a reservation on 26. May 2016 and then I paid 400 euro for my reservation. Today when i arrived at the hotel, i was told that the reservation is cancelled! I tried to contact the Hoteling but the line is alway busy! Who can tell me what happened! I am 100% dissatisfied with the experience with this company.,...
Went for my sons birthday booked two rooms was never informed of it being cancled everyone was tierd and pissed off because we had no where to stay wasted almost two hrs again to go back home for basically nothing could not get a hold of no one no number had to stay in the heat for awhile with kids trying to figure everything out none of thos websites people informed or refuned my money back i expect answered and my money back for having my son birthday ruined very disappointed

First if i could give less than 1 star i would... I just booked a room at the end of June. Did not think much of it after I booked the room. Received an email Monday mind you i leave Friday. Confirming my room and how many people are in it. I replied 2 thinking that is odd that is what i booked the room for and just to be safe since they seemed not to have the information bottom floor or elevator access due to a wheel chair.
I get a response Tuesday mind you we leave Friday and this has been booked for 3 weeks. We can not accommodate you this should have been added during booking. It was we are not new at the wheel chair game.
I reply back asking for them to explain what they mean... are they seeing wheel chair and thinking we need the bars in the bathroom so on? No reply. Today I call them after holding for India got a lady who was nice but flat out told me this is your fault you didnt properly complete the booking information again trying to get them to explain what they mean about accommodate me. After a frustrating 20 minute call i was promised a call back in 3 hours (we are going on 6)
I took it upon myself to call the hotel and make sure that they have elevator access for a wheelchair if we are on the second floor. 3 minute conversation with Erin very nice at the hotel front desk. However she asks when did i book my hotel room using hoteling i said the 29th of june she said OOOOOHHHHHHH that could be it we stopped taking 3rd party bookings on the 24 most likely we rejected the booking because we have no room...
Called customer service again and was told no that is not right the hotel is not telling you the truth... really i think i know who is lying
So now i have to find a room in 2 days before i leave for vegas so instead of 100 bucks a night i am looking at 200. In addition they have already said they WILL NOT refund me due to my error. UMMMM no you over booked and are trying to find an out.

We also received confirmation for the wrong date! Showed up in La linea in Spain, in the middle of nowhere, and were told that we booked for another day! We are sure that this is not our mistakes, as we double checked when booking. We called the Hotline, awaiting some kind of solution, all we were told was "There is nothing I can do"! Well f**** you! We lost quite a lot of money and didn't know where to spend the night! After reading some reviews this happened to a lot of people all around the world! Never use this site!

I booked a two weeks stay in Miami just a few days before going, right after the booking i went in to check the order and accidentaly hit the "cancel order" button, straight away i got a email with the cancelation confirmation confirming that i got no money back since it was within 9 days of the traveling date.
I emailed them saying i accidentaly canceled my order, and asked if i could just get the order back again.
Got an answer pretty soon stating that since my order was already cancelled that was impossible, when i asked more about this i got absolutely zero answers.
So they took 2000 dollars for doing absolutely nothing, stay away from this site at all costs.

Please let m explain that our customers have ability to cancel the booking through 'Manage my booking' section on our website, where you can find also an information about cancellation charges. You can cancel the booking without any penalties within certain period of time, unless option is a non-refundable. As your arrival date was within less than 10 days, we were unable to refund you the amount paid due to arrangements with the supplier. I'm sorry if you found this disappointing, but while making the booking you need to confirm our policy. Please note that when you are cancelling reservation online, it is immediately cancelled in ours and supplier's system as well, so we have no possibility to reinstate the booking. I'm sorry if you found this confusing and that your experience with us didn't meet your expectations.

THIS COMPANY ARE MONEY THEIVING CRIMINALS... YOU BOOK YOUR HOTEL ON THE ( CORRECT) date, UNREFUNABLE... ( you know you've booked the correct date so don't mind) then your all exited you've got a good deal and BANG... Confirmation email, they have booked you in on the WRONG DATE, you think this might be your mistake and makes you feel like an idiot! Don't be fooled! Scroll down through the reviews there are PLENTY of bad ones all of the same nature, they must pay people to write the good ones. There is no phone number to call, you are in sheer panic that your gonna loose your money, if you don't show up, so in a panic you cancel, Hoteling finally send you an email back saying sorry now you've cancelled there is nothing we can do! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK YOU THEIVING SCAMMERS! Can't you find a proper decent way to make money? WORST WEBITE IVE EVER VISITED!

On March 8,2016, I booked a reservation with hoteling.com for the first time for a hotel stay on July 2,2016 (3 nights). My husband and I were planning on visiting relatives.
On June 15th he went to the Emergency Room and was admitted to a hospital in Scottsdale, AZ. On June 18, he was transferred to a Rehabilitation Hospital where he currently remains. He has an uphill battle ahead of him.
On June 25, I realized that I needed to cancel our upcoming trip and canceled our hotel booking.
When I canceled online, there was a message saying we will not get a refund. When I questioned "why", they responded that since I canceled online, I had to give 9 days prior notice. I notified them in 7 days.
I appealed to them to reverse their decision of because of the unforeseen medical circumstances.
Their answer was short--no refund. They have no compassion for unforeseen medical issues.
This experience (my first with them) has turned my heart cold.

I didnt receive a confirmation email for my booking.
And i didnt receive a reference number but my credit card has been charged. Help.
EDIT: I was charged a fee of $47.37 for an international transfer fee on my credit card.
I was not informed of your location when I booked through Trivago and I was not informed when I entered my credit card details.
I want this fee reimbursed to my credit card.

Answer: Hi I'm still waiting for my refund and they haven't come back to me with my email of a couple of days ago. My advice is still don't use this company.
Answer: Yes we received a full refund but only after many emails and posting on as many sites as i could like this and getting onto Trivago as we went through their site. Waited 30 odd days for a booking which was never going to come. Kept in touch with hotel and the booking never came through. It is all a big Scam
