Took a bit longer than expected to receive the unit. But, after some initial difficulties with the PAT system, everything works fine, with no recurrence of the original problem.
Product was in good shape, no holes and floor was in good shape. Only issue is the latches on the doors are stiff and difficult to open. But I'm guessing that's part of the good seal keeping out bugs and water. Overall I'm very satisfied with the product I received.
For whatever reason, I replaced my ecu and was able to immediately start/use my truck. I was told by many people, including Flagship, that I would need to go through a whole Key Learning procedure, but that wasn't necessary. The whole process couldn't have been simpler.

I have bought 2 now one for a Saturn ion 2006 was suppose to be programmed for it but didn't work bought another for my Nissan pathfinder and the same thing didn't work.! Don't buy one. 😡!
Terrible communication on when your product is ready just send automated emails to all say the same thing but there's a delay because of increased orders so you just have to hope that they get you your product sent out in the time that they say 5 to 7 days, but it's a shot in the dark so you can't give any timeframe to the customer. You're actually buying this computer for if you're a business You just have to tell him we'll get your vehicle someday depending on whatever flagship one wants to do. And you can't actually talk to somebody they just want to send you these automated emails. I requested a manager multiple times and won't get a phone call. I put my personal cell phone in the email multiple times. Nobody will call me. They just say we've sent you updates. On top of that I ordered my unit on the 14th on the 19th. It was in Programming and then on the 21st it was put back to Processing and it is currently the 28th and it is never went back in the Programming and I can't get any answers as to why. I've used flagship appointment a lot. I really like the product I get, but I can't run a business with no timeline. So I'm gonna have to find another source for my computers.
Install was easy on my vehicle. As yet, no issuers. Chose this company because of the lifetime warranty. Have purchased other ECM's from other sellers, but those had a limited warrant time span. I think this is my third or fourth replacement ECM.
Quick, great service as usual. Easy identification and replacement PCM. And now I have to type more than 100 characters which is slowing me down for simply trying to offer feedback as requested. Be prepared!

Very great service, and computer was spot on. Gave them the vin number and a week later got my product in Texas from New York. Installed new unit and turned the key and bam vehicle running great.

I had to replace some of the sensors U originally replaced before the car began to run correctly. The car didn't run properly until I replaced non OEM sensors with proper matching OEM sensors. In my case they were the MAF sensors. A scanner for my phone helped a great deal.
Except for the sensor problem it was plug and play. I'm happy with the results.
PCM works perfectly. Only drawback is cost to reprogram keys. Plugged in the PCM truck would not start because of anti lock system. But after reprogramming keys everything worked as promised. Would defined recommend Flagship one!

I do have one question, it turns out my problem wasn't the computer, can it ve returned?
I took my vehicle to aa local locksmith and hooked up my new unit they followed instructions and wasn't able to program my keys. They then said they could possibly erase my keys then try again but said that if it didn't work i would have to get a tow truck. Now I'm driving around with the old ecm with the same problem if you have any information on this matter it would be appreciated thankyou
The item seems to work well. The only issue was the length of time it took to receive it. The jeep is running well and no further issues.

Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
