I've found Flagship One from a YouTube video. I've purchased my ECM from them. They do quality checks and confirm the part is programmed to my vehicle. It took a few days to arrive, but worth the wait. Their instructions was 100% precise. I followed the instructions and my vehicle was up and running within an hour. I highly recommend them!
I had never purchased a PCM/ECU before but your people made it so easy. I was able to get the board a the blank keys and have the cut locally and installed it all myself. And it all working flawlessly and I thankyou

The ECM was already programmed per my vehicles VIN but... they programmed it as if there was a security system in the vehicle and there is NOT. This issue/mistake caused me to have the ECM reprogrammed to get the vehicle to start and run. Overall good product and easy purchasing experience.

Easy and simple process to order an ECU. Came programmed and very easy to install to the vehicle. The relearning procedure instructions came on a paper with the ECU and very easy to do. Vehicle is up and running without any issues.
I ordered 2 PCM's at different times. I had no issues at all. Very simple plug and play installation. Highly recommend.
After ordering pcm took almost 2 weeks to receive part, called several time to find out what the delay was? No one could explain.
Installed New ECU. Truck fired right up Truck has not started that quick in 6 years.

I had called and talked to Fagship several times before purchasing the PCM. My consern was that I needed the same servise number PCM as what I have. They asured me that I would receive the same PCM. I received the PCM in the time frame posted and comunicated. The PCM I received was not the same service number as the one I have. It is a PCM for my model unfortantly It will not work with my trucks A/C request it needs to be the same service number. I filled out a RMA and hopefully they will replace mine for the right service number PCM. They are very cordgial and seem to understand.

Now I'm having most of the same issues that I had with the other computer like my power steering not functioning correctly and my engine light coming on now after about 2 weeks of use Update: upon reaching out to get the problem fixed instead of helping me they try to pressure me to remove this review before helping that is just sad and really ruined my perception of this company 😒
After receiving the module, installed and the vehicle was back up and running! Been running good ever since.
