The product was great except the instructions were useless as the pictures were not clear. The bracket plates that go inside the step channel which are used to secure the step to the body mount brackets are soft steel. They bend under any type of torque load so I'd suggest using 1/4" ratchet and being gentle. Other than having to figure out the body mounted bracket configuration and the soft metal mounting plates I'm very satisfied with the overall quality.

I purchased the 4 inch RedRock oval straightside step bars for a brand new 2022 Tacoma. The steps arrived in 3 days and were a breeze to install. It only took about 40 minutes to complete the install and the steps are solid and look great on my red truck.

The fan and shroud fit perfectly on the Jeep and the kit came with everything needed for the install.

I ordered on a Saturday afternoon and it was shipped and delivered within 24 hours. So fast!

Had to grind hooks in order to use rubber washers and then repaint hooks

I was looking for a specific item and extreme terrain had it. Very satisfied with my order.

Ordered a new lift kit (listed IN STOCK) for my jeep on the 20th with a delivery date by the 25th.
On the 23rd, I contacted XT as I had no shipping notice and was told it was coming from the manufacturer and could be 3-5 days before they shipped it. I contacted the manufacturer who said they had not received an order yet but had several in stock.
On the 26th, I contacted XT again, who said the manufacturer was out of stock and they had to order through a 3rd party distributor. This would set my order back another 4-6 weeks for delivery. They did give me a $25 online voucher good for 30 days to compensate me, but I canceled the order instead of waiting it out.
However, I am still waiting for my order to cancel and my refund to be issued. IF, it comes through in a timely manner, I will be reordering through their competitor who has already assured me it IS in stock, will be delivered within 5 days of ordering AND has offered to price-match XT for the poor experience they provided.

Customer service was very helpful. A phone # was provided that was actually answered by a real, living, breathing human-being... something I thought was never going to be seen again in retail (or government, for that matter) service. Fellow at customer service was knowledgeable and most helpful and pleasant to deal with. Many thanks!

I ordered front and rear mud flaps for my Jeep Wrangler. I received 2 front flaps for the right side and the wrong rear flaps. And the rear flaps were in a box for a dually. Customer service was great processing my return but the items should have been correct to begin with.

Ordering was easy and shipping was quick. Packaging to protect product was perfect. Directions were simple. You should use all 8mm bolts and washers for both sides for the pinch. The 6mm bolts(with no washers for bracket side) can pull through the brackets and steps will be no good. I got 8mm bolts for the pinch and it works great.

Product was shipped as promised Awesome customer. Will be ordering again

Good looking strong bumper. Super easy install did it by myself in about an hour and half. What took the most time and the only things I'm not to happy with the bumper is making the trailer hitch harness reach it's new position and rigging the license plate light. I really wish this had cut outs for the stock lights or came with an option for a easy swap to something else
