I ordered front and rear mud flaps for my Jeep Wrangler. I received 2 front flaps for the right side and the wrong rear flaps. And the rear flaps were in a box for a dually. Customer service was great processing my return but the items should have been correct to begin with.
Ordering was easy and shipping was quick. Packaging to protect product was perfect. Directions were simple. You should use all 8mm bolts and washers for both sides for the pinch. The 6mm bolts(with no washers for bracket side) can pull through the brackets and steps will be no good. I got 8mm bolts for the pinch and it works great.
Good looking strong bumper. Super easy install did it by myself in about an hour and half. What took the most time and the only things I'm not to happy with the bumper is making the trailer hitch harness reach it's new position and rigging the license plate light. I really wish this had cut outs for the stock lights or came with an option for a easy swap to something else

Had what I was looking for, for a good price and ships fast
I had been looking at a new bumper for my TJ and then Extreme Terrain sent a note that there was a price drop on it. That was enough to pull the trigger and I was surprised that when I went to order there was another 10% off! All together I think I saved $80 and it looks like a heck of a bumper. Mine was dull and the tiny factory one. I also wanted the reciever so I can use our bike rack with teh JEEP.
Purchase was smooth received e-mail from PayPal HAVEN'T RECEIVED E-MAIL FROM EXTREME TERRAIN FOR RECEIPT OF PURCHASE. VERY UNHAPPY
Package said was delivered Saturday I couldn't find it. I kept looking for it after calling them. 3 days later I find it in middle of my field all rained on because it was raining for days and package was filled with bugs. I live in middle of the country and FedEx basically hates coming to my house so I get the worst service from them.
Website is very easy to navigate. I found plenty of options for my Gladiator. Selection, billing and shipping went quickly. I am very pleased with overall performance of Extreme Terrain
