The roof rack for my Tacoma arrived quickly and was easy to install. Watching a couple of YouTube videos before starting helped - the directions were OK but not as detailed as they could have been.
My only criticism is the flood of emails I got from Extreme Terrain after placing my order. Had it just been an occasional few that would have been fine but it was so many before my order arrived that I had to unsubscribe.
