Long story very short. Last year August 2022, I had ordered some tinted sequential head lights for my Tacoma which stated on extreme terrain that they were "in-stock". The very next day I went to check on the shipping status of the product and found that the product was "out of stock". I contacted support and they told me that the company ran out and would let me know when the headlights would be back in stock. In addition, informing me along the way about the shipping process. Nearly 5 months later jan 2023, I have heard nothing about the headlights. After contacting support throughout the time being, they gave me false dates as to when they would ship. One Support staff "Tammy" said that they are shipped and on the way. Finding out that was false; I tried contacting the same person at extreme terrain and of course couldn't reach that person after entering the parties extension. I tried to talk with someone ells to get to the person that I was originally dealing with, but wouldn't transfer me over. I tried to talk with someone ells about my shipment, but didn't go anywhere except giving me more fauls information. Finally writing off extreme terrain support staff, I contacted the manufacturer (Spyder auto) of the part I ordered and got truthful information which put everything at ease. I will never buy anything from extreme terrain again. All I wanted was updated information and apparently their support staff at extreme terrain was too challenged to do just that. One last thing as well, they don't do refunds or at least from my experience they don't. Lesson learned!

Out of stock reminder worked great when a new item ran short from the manufacturer. Shipped immediately upon restocking.

I received fender lights that were obviously a returned item. Customer service was great. They immediately sent me a return Fed Ex label. Extreme Terrain's policy is they will resend the order as soon as a tracking number is sent to them by Fed Ex. I received an email the very next day that my reorder was sent. Received the correct fender lights in 2 days. Couldn't be happier with Extreme Terrain's customer service.

Super satisfied with the product. Literally took 10 min to install the headlights. Great quality too

Found exactly what I was looking for at a price that didn't send me into shock

I had called and talked with a rep and he gave me some recommendations on covers that would fit my make/model in my price range. It was shipped and I got it in 3 days. Very easy install, maybe 20 minutes tops

Received both of my orders Thank you guys so much you guys are the best will be buying more in the near future

Great service, in spite of my changing orders twice. Good product with detailed instruction for installation. I installed them in about two hours…pretty good for a 72-year-old gal!

They ship the date they said they have good deals.

I've always received exactly what is pictured, good quality from reputable brands and if I did have an issue with anything at all, the customer service staff is amazing and will make their best attempt to rectify or resolve any problems.

Shipping was very fast with my side steps and floor mat order.
