Shopping online was a breeze and checking out was a simple process.
The straps and hardware support are well made. Took me about 1 1/2 hours to install.
Was misled on an item I was charged for then was notified after it was out of stock. Also bought items and asked agent if there were any discounts coming. He advised me to buy that day and didn't foresee discounts or promotions. Completely untrue as I have gotten emails every day since with discount codes
I found the product I wanted and ordered it. It arrived today! Pleased. However, let me share with you my response to your barrage of advertising emails. It reminds me of going onto a car lot to do some window shopping. Immediately I am confronted by an aggressive sales person who wants my contact information. The pressure makes me want to leave rather than stay. Wouldn't it be better if the customer customer could call for help when needed? Push advertising is less appealing than the pull approach. Leave me alone until I need you. Just my two cents worth.

10 out of 10 recommend anyone who is looking to upgrade their jeep to shop here unsure about something they have someone who you can speak with that will answer any questions you may have fast shipping and quality parts
On finishing my online order from Extreme Terrain (with my credit card already on file), an icon came up on my computer screen at "check-out" asking if I wanted to continue to receive free delivery on future purchases. I clicked yes, and gave no additional info. Somehow a company called joinfreedelivery.com was able to use information that I supplied to Extreme Terrain and then put random recurring charges on my credit card for their services. The only way they could have obtained my card number and information is through Extreme Terrain's "secure" ordering platform. Super disappointed. I like your products.

Shipping on most of my order was on time as expected. One particular part arrived later. The packaging for shipping seemed underwhelming and sharper corners of bumpers have minor cosmetic damage
