I've ordered from here before and the products are always as described and arrive when they are supposed to.
The saddle bag was as advertised. Very good quality and looks nice this is my second bag like this. They are good for small items. I use this one for my first aid kit. I wish the bag was bigger, especially for the price. But it fits well in the space and I should know better.
The company delivered the grill in a timely manner, so no complaints with the ordering or delivery time. The Grill itself is ok. It fits well and is made of lightweight, matte black, plastic. It looks ok, but not anything spectacular. The installation instructions regarding the wiring are poorly written. It's as if the foreign electrical engineer, who designed the LEDs but never actually installed the grill on a vehicle, wrote the instructions and then Google translate was used to translate those instructions into English. If I knew then what I know now, I would not have purchased the product. As it is, I've installed it and I guess I'll have to live with it. I guess I shouldn't expect much for $189.99.

Great product as advertised on my manual 2010 Wrangler. However, the box came totally messed up and one end was dented to the point of not being able to put the tips on. I would say this is more of FedEX's fault… sucks but still works and I needed to quiet down this car.

I ordered a weather tech bedliner and tailgate liner for my 2023 Jeep Gladiator. The bedliner arrived but the tailgate liner never arrived. They said that it was in the box with the bedliner and I explained that it was not included and had to be purchased in addition as per my invoice. I have made more than 5 phone calls and chat multiple times with no success. I loss almost $70 dollars and still don't have tailgate protection. I will only purchase from Amazon in the future because they are dependable and will fix it when things get loss in shipping.
