My order was messed up for multiple days and it was a whole big deal playing phone tag for 3 days and my package being 6 days late but the people on the phone were very helpful and respectful and they managed to figure it out
I purchased my first smitty built soft top(vinyl) 2 years ago. It was what I expected for what I paid for it, I got 1 full summer( hard top from October-may) out of it with zipper failure on rear window on the top itself end of the season. I was able to get another season out of it still just had to work for it to make it work. I just purchased another top less than a week ago, installed it 2 days ago. The zippers seam cheaper than the last, the started piece for zipper on driver's window already came off. Luckily I have the windows for the last top I bought and was able to close it up. Definitely starting to think I should have saved the money and got a best top instead. It's installed but I am not very optimistic on how long it's going to last. Will most likely see me buying a different top before the season is over. Definitely would not recommend the top I bought.
As far as extreme terrain goes the experience was as usual. Pain free, timely updates and quick delivery. Zero complaints about the site.

The brackets were not the correct angle. Worked on them and made them fit the vehicle.
The ability to choose exactly my vehicle when ordering parts is a big help when making sure everything will fit.

In the last month I have a done s lot of lighting modifications and found the instructions poor at best. The job is hard enough with instructions, let only poor install instructions. Also having

Installed easily using instructions and videos. Works great as advertised. Very heavy duty. No rattles or creaks any more. Glad to have found it here.
I ordered running boards for my tundra, and two weeks later they have yet to even ship
I purchased all aluminum radiator, new water pump and kit with all new hoses and clamps. Shipment was right on time as expected.
The only downside was Extreme terrain didn't having transmission plugs for cooling lines. Went to auto parts store to troubleshoot fittings.
Great upgrade can't wait to take it on the trail and having the Peace of mind of not overheating no matter where in the backcountry you are.
Service is great, and knowledge of your employees is awesome. Will probably be ordering more parts.
