I am a new owner of my first 2024 Tacoma. When I first got it, the tonneau covers were not available for it yet. A chat with your technical staff told me when they expected to be available. A week later they were, and I ordered one that arrived less than a week later. I am very happy with the purchased.
Received the order within a few days and instillation was very easy.
The mirrors came in at a reasonable shipping time, and they're good quality. However, the plastic that goes in between the mirror and the car doesn't help with the mirror rattling. The factory one is rubber, so it softens the vibrations reaching the mirrors. I recommend keeping it and using it on these.

Sometimes the best way to judge a company is to experience how they respond to problem issues. I bought a dual exhaust muffler. Once I installed it and ran it for I while (30 miles) I decided that it was simply way too loud for my taste. I went online, filled out their return form, and found that I could return the muffler for a refund. The refund was a little less than full price, however, it had been installed and used. I'm grateful that I am able to return it for a refund. I will be back when I need other parts and I will gladly recommend Extreme Terrain to my friends.

I looked at another large online shopping site and found similar products, but the quality was questionable. I ordered this because the quality looked better and appeared to be a better fit. Its a high quality product, fits great and doesn't restrict the use of the center console. Very happy with my purchase.
Love the tires and rims, they make my wife's 4Runner look sick! Just wish the lug nuts went with them, but no biggie! Ordered them separate.

I purchased my first smitty built soft top(vinyl) 2 years ago. It was what I expected for what I paid for it, I got 1 full summer( hard top from October-may) out of it with zipper failure on rear window on the top itself end of the season. I was able to get another season out of it still just had to work for it to make it work. I just purchased another top less than a week ago, installed it 2 days ago. The zippers seam cheaper than the last, the started piece for zipper on driver's window already came off. Luckily I have the windows for the last top I bought and was able to close it up. Definitely starting to think I should have saved the money and got a best top instead. It's installed but I am not very optimistic on how long it's going to last. Will most likely see me buying a different top before the season is over. Definitely would not recommend the top I bought.
As far as extreme terrain goes the experience was as usual. Pain free, timely updates and quick delivery. Zero complaints about the site.
