Wish my soft top came with some spare hardware with their tiny screws & unthreaded holes. Didn't appreciate the trips to the hardware store!

Extreme Terrain is still the best of the best though. I had a human to listen to my rant and was prepared to answer questions, that alone beats most aftermarket places!

Replacement bumper came in a solid box packages very well. The first one was in weak box and was obviously returned before. My replacement had no road rash or dents and all parts were still in original rapping.

I had ordered a mud flap delete kit a few weeks ago. When the packaged arrived it was not only and empty, but it looked old and run over. I put in a complaint and Extreme Terrain responded quickly. They ask me to take pictures and sent and they were shock. They gave me a FedEx label to return the package and as soon as they got it they processed a new order. They were very help and sent me emails on my new order and tracking info. I received my replacement when they said. Thanks guys.

Great looking product. Shipping box crushed but didn't hurt the parts. No written instructions provided; no torque spec's for the bolts either.

I bought some lights for my jeep. Once I installed them one of them turned out to be defective out of the box. I filled out the return order and Customer service was able to get me new lights within 3 business days. Very happy with the service they provide to their customers.

Your website is incredibly easy and helpful when searching for what I need/want. The shipping prices to hawaii is really the biggest reason I haven't purchased much from you. I could of easily purchased over $3k worth of parts. But the shipping cost was the deal breaker.

My order had not left the warehouse on the date I was supposed to receive it by, 6 days after purchase. They refused to overnight the product after admitting it was their mistake.

I am a new owner of my first 2024 Tacoma. When I first got it, the tonneau covers were not available for it yet. A chat with your technical staff told me when they expected to be available. A week later they were, and I ordered one that arrived less than a week later. I am very happy with the purchased.

Received the order within a few days and instillation was very easy.

The mirrors came in at a reasonable shipping time, and they're good quality. However, the plastic that goes in between the mirror and the car doesn't help with the mirror rattling. The factory one is rubber, so it softens the vibrations reaching the mirrors. I recommend keeping it and using it on these.
