You probably should not ask me to review my order the same day you tell me it will be delayed a month. Your system should nit ask for reviews until the irder has been delivered. There is no way to review something that has not been received.
Tyler C was great in assisting me in this purchase and even applied a best prices discount that helped me save. I've always used extreme terrain due to the quality of parts and service and plan to suggest to friends as well.
My review has two layers. 1 I was pretty upset when the box I received did not resemble the picture of the clutch shown when I made the order. I'll never see the purple on the exedy clutch so it doesn't matter but it was concerning when it didn't look exactly like what I ordered and came stainless with no purple finish. Secondly the box was very damaged. The entire pressure plate was hanging out of the box when I received & to make things even better the pilot bearing was missing from my clutch kit resulting in additional costs added to my bill at the mechanic shop because now I have to purchase a bearing, that I should have had if the box wasn't gaping open. All in all not very pleased. I hope that after install I would have more positive things to say.
Good products, fast shipping, and the website is easy to use. However I did call sales support to help me get all the parts I needed for my project. Didn't want any missing parts to stall my work. He was very helpful.

This is by far the worst cold air intake I've ever had. Sensor broke because the gasket was too small. Had to force the filter on as there was no room. The clamps that came with it stripped the heads under little pressure

Install is above average in difficulty but not outside a normal person's capability. Steps function well and overall I really like them. Not 5 star because one of the 4 motors worked in reverse. Had to disassemble connector and reverse wires.
I needed to replace the rusty oem steps on my 2015 Wrangler. These steps have a good price point, the shipping was fast and the install went smooth.
Just brought the truck and started looking into make it mines. Can't recall how I how I got to the site but since I have found it. I can't stop find products I need and want. I have to force myself from this site. Every visit seems to end in a purchase.
Called John reference mf Rough Country 3.50 lift springs weren't enough to pull my 25' trailer with 4 wheeler and side by side on it without squating my 21 Jeep Gladiator with 37" tires. With several calls back and fourth betwwen us and lots of research on his part. He called back the next day with a set of HD Clayton springs and Fox shocks to correct my issuies. Was very helpfull, curtious and went above and beyond to help me. And he was fun to chat with!

In the past i ordered form Extreme terrain, and here i am again. I get a good prices and quality products with extreme terrain.
I was able to find the gas cap I need for my vehicle. But the website would not let me to complete my transaction as a guest. I had to make an account. This is aggravating since the guest option is available. Website also jumped around a lot from screen to screen and category to catagory. Definitely needs work

Purchasing process online was easy. Grille arrived 2 days after the email notification it was shift, was great. I love the look of the Grille and the LED lights. Only opportunity was with wiring instructions, said the 12v wire was an Orange white, I didn't have an Orange White. Ended up being the White Brown wire on the 6 pin harness, this was on my 2020 Gladiator. Overall experience was great, I will be ordering more of my aftermarket parts from Extreme Terrain.
I have had a to replace items ordered that were either incorrect or didn't fit, and your customer service team has always made things right in a timely and respectful manner. Because of this, I continue to be a regular customer.
