The worst experience I have ever had with an online store, was extremely rude customer service, never got the product, and money was sent back 3 weeks after the claim with PayPal's help, do not trust a purchase with Extreme Terrain unless you are protected with a 3rd party.

Had already purchased 5 wheels for my 2022 Wrangler and was trying to buy 5 tires to go with it. However their oversized shipping fee per tire was putting their price over 2 other places with the same tire. I really wanted to get them from the same place as my wheels even though both were out of stock, so I called, they took 10% off my order putting it back in line with the other places I could have gotten them. Hopefully both will be in next week like they thought and will be shipped out promptly.

I had purchased the top of the line drag link from steer smart. The JKS quick sway bar disconnects don't work with the track bar relocation bracket. The mounting doesn't work. I had asked about a drag link that may work with the track bar relocation bracket but didn't get a response back. Only trying to complete the job so I can get the jeep back on the road. Just wanted to know what sway bar disconnects work. And got no response
I actually ordered my iteams on the website. Was easy to do as well. I did call customer service as well. They were very helpful and answered my question. Over all very pleased. Thank you.
Chatted in to order some taillights for a customers repair and Dylin R was awesome, friendly and so helpful. We are a business and don't order aftermarket lights a lot but he helped with a discount to at least cover the taxes. So we appreciate that very much. He gave Top Tier customer service like we give our customers.
When someone makes an order you don't ship one package UPS and the other FEdEx I've worked in shipping for 25 years and I would never brake a shipment up with out customers requesting it now I have to wait another day for the most important part tanks not

The top fit well and had no pieces missing. It was kind of complicated to put together but nothing you cannot do in an afternoon. Only complaint is one of the rubber pieces came frayed and is already tearing
Parts arrived on time and are of excellent quality. Mine arrived in a pretty thin torn up box. The control arms look like they got banged around quite a bit during shipping due to their weight. One arm had a completely destroyed zerk fitting and both had large pieces of paint chipped off. No big deal if you plan on banging them up off roading anyway. Maybe order a set of zerk fitting to have on hand just in case.
I have ordered Jeep Wrangler side step bar with very reasonable price. Delivery was very quick and installation professional
