Go Rhino Bull Bar

Installed it but short 4 bolts and there is no holes on frame to attach bracket?
Toyota 4Runner premium 2019. The description for the bull bar says compatible.

The mat was delivered today 11/12/25 and it was not in a box and it was only partially wrapped in plastic. Part of the plastic was ripped from the bottom. I ordered this for a gift for my nephew. This shipping method makes it very difficult to wrap. I understand that it is large and has to be rolled but I have ordered from other companies that put large items in boxes to ship. I haven't opened the actual mat yet but I'm hoping it's okay. Not impressed with the way you shipped this mat:

I apologize that they did not ship it in a larger box. As for the plastic being ripped, I have a feeling that the carrier could have had something to do with that while moving it from trailer to truck. 2022 Tundra smittybuilt bumper

I ordered two parts this weekend for my truck. My order has been cancelled twice because the agents couldn't verify my information. I assume it's because I used Applepay and it changes the card number. I appreciate the security that your team obviously values, but the Apple Pay verification policies should be reviewed. This is the third time I have ordered parts (this time I didn't use Apple Pay) and if there are any issues I'll find a different company. Also the call back number provided does not answer as Extreme Terrain. This seems like a potential scam and could also deter customers. Your customer service reps are very helpful and empathetic but it seems they are working with a rigid system that cannot provide solutions for the customer. Also since Sunday I have received approximately 30 emails from the company which seems excessive.

Sales team is very helpful

All sales team members I've spoken with today and in past have been very helpful and friendly as if talking to one of your family members... very down to Earth and even when trying to say smthg in a way as to not hurt someone feelings... they always come up w the best way to word smthg both in past and today... thx again guys at Extreme Terrian... I used to shop on your competitors website but your prices are way better and staff very friendly and helpful... so I do not think I'll ever go back to other site only if by chance call didn't carry said part... thx again Martha Brigman

I have ordered lots of jeep parts from one-ton steering to suspension parts. Every order has arrived on time and as described. Customer service has always been able to help me decide between which brand is best to suit my needs. Redarc Brake control

I spoke with Randall about this brake control unit. I mentioned that I had seen a video stating that a specific cable had to be used instead of the one that came with the kit. Randall researched this and found the correct cable for me. Seems like a small thing, but customer service these days is not what it used to be. My experience with Randall made a difference. I'm confident that I have the right stuff coming. Oh, and this all took place shortly before closing time when we all just want to finish the workday and go home. Well done sir. And that's why I have his info saved in my contacts for future inquiries and sales.

Purchased a track bar with a promo/discount code. Paid a total (have a screenshot) and few days later they apparently charge me the full amount without letting me know about anything. Contact them and they offered me a few bucks off. What bothers me is if i didnt see my bank statements these guys would just charge you
