Missing a part customer service had it to me in a few days no hassles
Ordered EFR Summit Fender Flares for a customer Tundra or their request. Paid $269.xx. And received them in 3 days…great.
Customer brought truck and clearly needed "extended flares" to cover wider tires. My mistake.
Contacted Extreme Terrain who issued an RMA after a few days and instructions for return/refund.
I followed all instructions explicitly and Don received notification from FedEx that the return was delivered and signed for by "WMGR", (warehouse manager I assume?). That was on 5/15/24.
Now on June 3rd (19 days later), I have no refund and no correspondence. The only people I can reach there claim they can't find the return or can't find the RMA or record of receiving it. FedEx has record that they received it.
Now they have the product AND my money.
Not a good way to do business. I'll be sharing this experience WIDELY.

The runningboards arrived in a box that was re-taped. The straps that originally would secure the box were cut and tape was put over them. I didn't think much about it until I opened and inspected the contents. The plastic for the instructions was already opened. But all the parts were there. We mounted the brackets and then when we inspected the runningboards one was scratched on the chrome and the other has a dent in the chrome. The damage is not terrible so we decided to mount them but they are definitely returned from another customer.

Called with a bunch of question. One person was able to help me. She was full of knowledge and helpful.
I purchased a Flowmaster FlowFX Extreme exhust system for my 3rd Gen Tacoma from ExtremeTerrain.com. I was sent the wrong item: the connecting pipe diameter was 1/4" too small and did not match my vehicle, so I had to send it back. Unfortunately, I was NOT refunded the full amount charged to me - stating part of the charged amount is not refundable...even when the problem was 100% their fault? I just got ripped off! THAT'S TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
Answer: Scam as far as I'm concerned. Cheat you out of product and don't make it right, how else do you describe them?
