Overall Good Experience, one of my orders was missing one important piece, easy enough to create myself, but purchased so I would not have to, but wasn't going to wait another week or two to get right. Second Item was not as expected, but works just fine.

I was trying to place an online order but could not get the coupon code to apply, I tried a "chat now" feature on the website and was asked to give my phone number. I honestly did not expect a call back so soon but more importantly Jaclyn G was so helpful and polite! She went above and beyond to get my order in. I am a very happy customer and will be a returning customer in the future.
The web site was easy to work with. I ordered a tent for my truck but I have not used it yet. The tent came fast and looks like it is in good shape.
As I was placing my order I entered the 20% discount code and it wasn't accepted. I tried several times and checked my email making sure I was entering the correct code. So I ordered the product without a discount. The following day I received another email saying I would receive a 20% discount the code was the same as what I was entering! 🤷
