The other day I placed an order numbered 23-******* to upgrade my tires/wheels package along with spacers. Because I wanted to upsize the tires, I wasn't sure whether I needed to change the gear ratio, so I contacted the customer service to find out the answer to this. Thea connected with me and she made this a seamless conversation and got with one of their sales reps to see whether I needed to change it. She had a quick response to my gear ratio question and I was happy with it. Thank you again, Thea. She deserves the recognition for quick and timely service.

I came across this sweet little upgrade to replace the worn out and sun faded factory hood latches and XT was lightning fast with the shipping. The items were packaged very well and seem to be of great quality. ExtremeTerrain even offered me an opportunity to shoot an installation video, which I will be doing today!

This is sold as a match to the year my Toyota truck was made. It works but I wasn't happy with the time it took to offset what I feel was a quality control issue with the holes not matching and the holes in the welds on the driver's side, and feeling that having bolts just a bit longer could have helped. The instructions were not much of a help. Pictures of the underside and suggestions along the lines of correcting possible alignment issues would have helped.
Check-out is abysmally SLOW! As it turns out, the boxes will obstruct the bed lights, a factor I honestly should have realized, but didn't. Upon receiving the boxes, I recognized the issue, and will be returning them...but since each box was shipped as a separate order, their RMA system is really having problems with my return request (It doesn't warn you that you should only request a RMA on ONE item at a time, despite allowing you to enter both items).

Two and a half hour installation time. Very good installation instructions. Looks great, would buy again. Only reason for four stars is because they missed one of the welds. Not a huge deal though.

I installed these on my 2023 Gladiator Rubicon Diesel. So far they have been terrific and make it easier to get in and out. I have a 3" Rock Krawler lift and it makes a huge difference. My only complaint would be the installation instructions are a little confusing and really need to have a parts list that has the corresponding parts properly marked. This is because there is a difference in the front and rear bracket but not evident which is which. Overall though I'm extremely happy with my purchase

I received an email showing products on sale. I was eyeing the swing box for a while and once I saw it on sale, i jumped on it, had it ordered in less than 5 minutes!
Only down side is not listing the manufacturer.
