We bought the wrong part. Needed Drivers side. So now we had to order the part again
Everything I've ordered so far has been just as described and shipping has been mostly ontime. I placed 2 orders within close proximity of time and the first order was delayed by a day but delivered together which wasn't really an issue overall.
Customer service helped with the problem I had with the purchase.
These are the cheapest piece of junk and the directions are backward, drivers side is actually passenger and passenger is driver. 10/10 would not recommend, the powder coating chipped off on both rear liners. Super pissed I wasted my money on these.

I seen a ad in Facebook for the company. My wife had just bought a jeep and had broken lights on the front. Decided to order and got parts with no problem.
I placed an order on Friday morning with a Saturday delivery needing to get the jeep up and running. The parts did not ship and no one followed up letting me know this. I had to chase that down on Sunday. Followed up again on Monday and the parts still had not shipped. Tuesday morning they finally shipped and I did not receive the parts until Thursday. Totally unacceptable. I would not buy from here again if the parts are needed urgently.

The Extreme Terrain bed cover was very easy to put on the bed of my Toyota Tacoma and makes my truck look very sharp. The Proven Ground EZ Hard Fold Tonneau Cover looks like a soft cover but is actually a hard cover which I would highly recommend due to soft covers tend to have more issues than a hard cover.
The price online was higher than the price in the catalogue I received that same day. The item had a coupon code for 15% off. I was told it did not apply; that it only applied to "open box" items... all of which were missing the necessary installation component. The sales rep with whom I chatted was value free. Couldn't answer any questions without "checking with"... someone. If the product was not exactly what I wanted, I would have gone elsewhere. Probably shop elsewhere moving forward.
