The power lift a top was very easy to install and even more easy to use.
You should better pack your products so they don't get damaged from shipping. Also, it was very hard to thread nuts on bumper. The studs were heavily painted and needed to wire brush them to get nuts to thread on.
I ordered some illuminated letters for the grill of my bronco and they did not fit - way too small. The return process has been difficult and I keep getting asked repeatedly for pictures. And I get no less than 3 marketing emails per day now from Extreme Terrain.

It took about half an hour to install. The hardest part was pressing the bottom of the grille in with the new clips. I used a piece of 2x4 as to not mar up the plastic and it popped right in. I seen reviews about the clips being too small but I put them side by side and they matched I just didn't push the clip down all the way and let the installation push it on.

I think people were seeding them down too far because mine worked. I will say that I did need a piece of 2x4 to pry them in so if you're having trouble with getting them to seed use wood or something that won't mar or damage the plastic.
Been a nightmare trying to get the correct parts, have been sent the wrong parts twice in the last 2 weeks and still have not received the correct ones. Had to send pictures to verify both times, had to take returns back to fed ex at a 100 miles expense to me. Now they want me to deal with the vender that sent the wrong parts, what gives why is this my job! Won't be doing any more business with them, very poor customer service.
I loved the side bars but they were damaged. The first customer service agent I spoke with replacement parts kit four the damaged items. But turned out the kits were discontinued. The second customer service agent ordered only the defective parts (end caps were crushed). They were also discontinued. The third customer service agent told me I'd have to return the complete package and once they were shipped for 24 hours they would send a replacement. I ordered these bars in time to get the installed for an event the following week. No way I'm making my event with these bars installed now. It's been 3 days and I still haven't received the return label. Finally, the fourth customer service agent asked if I'd keep the bars if I could be sent the replacement parts! My goal in the first place! Not sure what will happy this is frustrating!

I messed up ordered wrong part. Did return and man was it easy. They gave me a store credit and I called to ask how to use it. They order my new part I paid the difference and had it in 2 days! I'd order again from them in a heartbeat! Super nice guy.
