Ordering a radiator for my jeep. All questions I had about what I was looking at were answered and ordered

I've not had to order parts for my Jeep before, this was easy. So easy, I did it right the first time.

Fast delivery. Clear instructions. This was exactly what I was looking for.it really filled the gap that my jeep so needed.Extreme Terrain is for the JEEP enthusiast.

No complaints on the parts and quick shipping. Good fit but I did add some screws and bolts to secure the fenders verses the supplied push plugs. On another note: I contacted "Luna" at ET thru the text chat to ask a question. She had no answers, long delays, asked me several vague questions that didn't pertain to my inquiry. Waste of my time. For a $550 order, an answer to a simple question should be SOP. ET sells good stuff at good prices. Customer Service on the other hand … we'll, I hope this helps the next guy.

Maybe it's the mobile experience (iPhone), but even entering my vehicle specifics I received inaccurate results. It makes it difficult when searching for model specific parts. MANY items are not for or are specifically for the Wrangler 4xe, which is not a sub category available to choose from.

Replaced failing front shaft on 2014 JKU. Original shaft was clicking from cv joint and also seemed to have some slop in the grooves. Got replacement incredibly quick (ordered Fri, received Sun). Pretty easy to install. Smaller diameter than original, but seems much sturdier.

All of the products I ordered are great with a decent price. The expected delivery dates were off by a few days, but worth the wait.

We ordered what we needed for the jeep to have a tire holder and have it on the weight of the bumper not the tail gate of his YJ. The service was great found what we needed and purchased it and we had it quickly. I had ordered him both front and back bumpers when we first bought the jeep to surprise him from Extreme Terrain so I knew that was where I wanted to get this tire carrier, at that time I was not thinking about the spare tire. But the bumper was equipped for the part needed and was sold separately at that time so not needing it and affording the two bumpers was what was on my mind...They were and are great...however we just purchased new tires for him and needed the carrier but could not buy it separate from the bumper which was kind of a disappointment so I ordered him the bumper and with the carrier and gave more for that than the two bumpers thinking it looked close to what he had. The parts got here, and it was exactly the part we needed and fit the bumper I had already bought a few years back. We have a bumper we don't need he mounted the carrier to the bumper I had purchased, and it was a perfect fit. I am going to see if I can return the bumper as it has not been opened and suggest that maybe selling them separate or at least an option. But we have bought and will continue to buy from them since we have 2 jeeps and there is always something new and exciting to do to jeeps. Great Job! ALSO IT WAS EASY TO INSTALL HE LOVES IT.

Bought shocks and they were missing mounting hardware. Called customer service and the man wanted pictures so he could review my case. Then he would make his decision. Why would I waste my time to call and complain about hardware if it was in the box. Then to find out all the parts I ordered wheee from a third party. Not even from extreme terrain.
