Update: parts arrived when they said they would. The carrier was pretty rough with the items as the boxes had holes and ripped up pretty good, that said though extreme terrain did a fantastic job packing them, no damage to the product..

Orderd my nerf bars and they arrived on time. However there was no mounting hardware in the box. I called Extreme Terrain and they were very helpful. Hardware should be shipped this week and another week for delivery.

I would order parts from you again. My only suggestion is to put the included brake grease in the box with the brake pads. It fell to the bottom of the box and I didn't see it until after I bought a packet of grease.
