Soft top is nice and worth the price but… Arrived with a cut in it. I emailed extreme terrain. Absolutely no response. I bought canvas tape and patched it but it still has me upset that I have a cut up soft top that I just bought.

I ordered 5 rims the salesman sold me a pack of lug nuts for 4 rims I needed to reorder 3 more lug nuts for my spare, I couldn't get just 3, well I could have for 9.00 each I had to order another whole package 36.99 they charged me $8 for 2 day shipping and it still has an arrive yet. Still waiting for the project to be completed 🙄 will update on the outcome. Ps the rims look awesome, it's customer service I have an issue with
The product arrived and looked GREAT! But I realized as installing it, that it was wobbling around to the point where if I tried driving, it would rub against my back tires too much.
I bought a bumper guard for my truck that was approximately 2,300 but then I found a grill guard that would work better that was a lot cheaper so I went to cancel the order and it was very easy to cancel.
Easy install and great for my sagging Tacoma in addition to Sumo Springs. My only gripe is that Eibach didn't include nylon lock nuts thus I had to hold installation 1 extra day to go fetch some.

I called another major supplier in the area I need of rear brakes and rotors, my right rear caliper seized going into Labor Day weekend. The other place(QT) I called 1st. In the past my experiences have been good, this time the rep was not. I asked if they had what I wanted in stock so I could pick them up asap, she said yes and I said you have them in westchester, I will be there soon. Then she said no they are in Kansas City. WTH. I hung up. I called E T, the rep found my account and what I needed and said they will be ready for pick up shorty in Malvern. Saved my weekend and so much more, Jeep is back on the road and I can't thank E T enough.
