I've bought a few things from you guys and I'll continue buying from you guys because the buying experience is easy, stuff comes when you say it's going to and It's always good stuff for a reasonable price.

My order: 14-*******. Placed on Tuesday at 1138PM was placed with expedited, 2 day shipping. It said the lights would arrive on Thursday. Today I received confirmation from FedEx that they would arrive on Saturday. That is 4 days. I chatted with Customer support and was given a $10 voucher, i don't want a voucher. My light is out and it is a set of lights I purchased through you. I should not drive at night. So what I really want are my lights to magically arrive today as advertised. Seeing as though they are not arriving today or tomorrow they will not be here until Saturday. I asked for my shipping to be refunded and was informed that in order to get a shipping refund I would need to chat again w/ support after the product arrives. This makes absolutely no sense. 2 days is 2 days. Saturday is 4 days. The chat support also told me that it really was 2 days until I laid it out clearly. Even then it was never admitted that the lights were not meeting the 2 day shipping as advertised. In other words a total waste of time to chat with support. I wouldn't have paid for extra shipping to end up getting it four days later vice 2. Not pleased. I would call this a Fail in Shipping!

I like the selection for my Jeep but it is a problem for me when items I ordered are sent in separate packages because they arrive on different dates and I have to travel to my postal address every time a new item arrives and I get charged more money for package handling. If I could find the same items on amazon I would rather purchase from them cause of the shipping method.

I purchased door seals from this company and they lost my package. Then after I didn't receive it well after the arrival date I reached out and they said they had to in estimate the fact that it never left their warehouse. Once that was settled and I finally got my parts I found that one set was torn up after putting the other side on. They wanted me to return both and leave my car without a seal. They agreed to send a replacement and I could send back the torn one. Once received the replacement was torn up too. I didn't bother reporting it because it is such a hassle to deal with anyone at this company and they all say something different. Anyways some things came up and I didn't return the torn one in a reasonable amount of time in their opinion so they charged my account. They have now had their crappy parts for over a week and refuse to return my money. I would never use this company of liars again and I would caution everyone not to use them.

It has now been over 2 weeks that they have had their product back and have still not returned my money and the useless "customer service" rep named Kara has refused to do anything but make excuses
