Kyle went above and beyond and tried to help me find the ace tire carrier for my Jeep, which has the ARB slant back top for my 2019 JL. I had ordered what I thought was the carrier only to realize it was only the attachments to make it the slant back. He reached out to the manufacturer only to learn, they no longer make it. He even went as far as trying to find another company that may have one in stock and sent me a link. Unfortunately, no other company had one in stock and I was not able to purchase the carrier that I truly want for me and I'm grateful for his help. Excellent customer service on his part. You have a wonderful employee.

I Was Looking to replace the MBRP exhaust system on my 2018 Tacoma. Extreme Terrain had the best price and quickest available arrival for the System I was looking for.
I was in the middle of placing an order and I was unsure if the item was a good fit for my vehicle. I messaged the ET team and immediately received guidance to the correct part for my Jeep Gladiator. Cant wait for it to arrive and get it installed!
Arrived in a very veryyy timely manor so i was very pleased with the delivery time. As the exhaust i'm pretty sure if it's a k&n issue or just me being clumsy but i was missing a small plastic part. I was able to go get a temporary piece from advanced auto because when i called k&n, it was outside of office hours. Whole experience was great over all though, just a learning experience

Also I tried calling the support line many times on the day I eventually installed my rails but there was no answer at all and no way to leave a message.
