My wonderful experience to hire a car with EconomyBookings.com for the first time in USA. Before I found this websie economybookings.com, I confessed that I was quite scared for many reasons. However, after I asked my Thai freinds in USA and read many reviews, I am now confident that I have made my perfect choice to book with economybookings.com. My personal preference with economybooking.com should be similar to other customers, which are super fast search, good price comparison, variety of car and rental company, as well as many positive reasons.
I wish my first experence in USA with Nissan Rogue from economybookingg.com in this coming December will give me an unforgetable memory and beautiful drive along PCH in California.

Paid full price for a car i never got!
I paid for a tesla, when i came to pick up car i was told i have to ve over 30 ( im 26) to get premium cars, how was i ment to guess tesla is considered premium? Did NOT say this anywhere while booking the car and besdies and ticked a box agreeing my age is between 25 -70, most terrible bug on their behalf, caused me tremendous inconvenience and moneyw lose... and after paying for a new car from did company and getting late to my hotel.etc. I still paid for the car i never received, the company took zero responsibility for their mistake and instead if opolegizing and compensating i got nothing! And paid for the car!
They stoll 900 Euro from me.
Worst comaony ever wouldnt never ever recommendd stay far away!
I will write this review and pu blisize on social media till they understand what a terrible mistake and tremenous heartache and unfairness they caused me!

I got confirmation that my car rental pickup is the airport. But, apparently, a small print stated it's from a location in amall near the airport. My complaint was dismissed by Economy Booking.

Due to a flight issue we had to change our date of hire car pick up by one day. We informed Economy Booking immediately and they advised us to call Dollar hire car company directly. They told us we had to cancel then rebook because they wouldn't hold the car for one day even though we offered to cover the cost of the day. We rebooked immediately for the whole 16 days. Economy Booking refused to refund despite us rebooking as instructed. They took the whole 16 days hire fee plus insurance. We ended up paying twice. They have ignored the facts in our numerous emails and phone

The site is just showing non existent cars and gathers your card details to withdraw money for the car that didn't exist.
I booked a car in Madrid airport using aggregator https://www.economybookings.com. When I came to firefly, there was no car of such class. It means economybookings just show bullsh%t that doesn't exist in reality. It means they don't know what cars are actually available.
Because there was no car of booked class, firefly suggested to pay additional price to upgrade the class, pay for service "road assistant" etc. Consequently, the price became 250% of the original one. So I rejected such a brilliant offer. As a result, economybookings just withdrew money from my card for cancelled request.
Seems this is how business is done by economybookings, showing cars that are not available / do not exist and cheating the client asking for credit card details and withdrawing money without providing the service.

Booked with them, cancelled and got an email stating the refund would take up to 21 days. After 21 days, I contacted them using a form in their website, I was told that it could take 48h for them to reply. After 2 days without hearing from them I tried to reach through their Facebook and email... No reply. Today I tried to call them just to figure out their support phone number is just a (very buggy) system with pre-recorded messages without any agent on the other side.

Το ίδιο συνέβη και με άλλους πελάτες κατά την διάρκεια αναμονής μου για την παραλαβή του αυτοκινήτου.

We contacted the company many time to ask for a refund and we have no answer since July. We ordered a car but when we arrived at the front desk they didn't give us the car and they canceled the rental. They said we have to contact Economy booking for a reimbursement. Since this day, we have no answer and we lost money. Don't book here!

We rented a car through economybooking and the rental car company booked through this site was unable to find our booking. I reported this to economy booking through email and have yet to hear back from them. My booking was done two days in advanced, I could not risk not having a car. I cancelled my booking and was refunded nothing. Awful.

They charge your card as soon as you book and, if you need to make a change, they will not refund the entire cost - in fact the penalty they charge is huge. Obviously they did not communicate this when I was booking!

Fiz uma reserva por este site onde foi adicionado condutor adicional, chegando ao dia perdi a carta de condução e simplesmente não deixaram meter o segundo condutor como principal, resumindo perdi 1300€ e tive de fazer nova reserva por falta de bom censo.

I made a car reservation from the 27th Sept to 2nd Oct for a small car to be picked up and Rome Fiumicino Airport and dropped off at the same place, I received an email telling me that my reservation had been cancelled.
I called the helpline to see assistance to try and rectify the problem only to be spoken to by a rude person from the UK helpline that more or less told me that it was I that had cancelled the booking when I had not, basically the operator was calling me a liar and then told me there is nothing he could do and hung up on me.
Infuriating!
Steer clear of these sharks!

This company is impossible to get in contact with. I've been waiting over a month for a refund of over 700USD and have emailed multiple times regarding this with no respons. Calling them is not even an option since the phone numbers provided only contains a prerecorded message with no additional information or help to get.

This was my first time with economy bookings.com. I made my booking before getting to the shop near LAX airport to get the car and paid $850 for a vehicle for a month and then when I got there the amount rose up to $2200 without including the car fees of $850.
The seller at the LAX was very kind and helpful and did the cancellation and tried to take action so I could get my money back.
I have been trying to contact economy bookings.com from day 1 and even contacted the helpline and the support team. They asked me to hold back and will reach out to me as soon as possible. It's been a month now and I have heard nothing from any team.
I didn't even get the car and also lost my money, I want economy bookings to refund me my money as I am facing a lot of trouble and I am out of funds.
I hope economybookings.com to read this review and take action regarding my issue.

EconomyBookings.com FRAUD car Rental company -they don't care about their customers - they never answer complains, you just get an automatic email answer - never book a car with them! They don't follow their confirmation is CRAP as you are charged more than the rental when you pick up your car!

Answer: They do not just delay. When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
Answer: Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.
