There was good communication, also via email, there is a 24-hour local telephone answer, even though I didn't need it, but it's good to know it exists
I booked a Hyundai Elantra at LAX by paying 158,83 for 5days with full coverage. The confirmation notice said I don't need to pay anything at the rental car desk. However, they let me pay additional with my credit card when I got there. On my credit card bill after the day, they charged me with another name: U-saved car & truck rental $219.7. I paid a total $378.53.
Economy bookings has taken customer avoidance to a whole new level. You can't get customer service. You call and they just give you automated garbage. The only way I can deal with them giving me zero refund for my early cancellation is to email them and they get back to me in 7 to 10 business days. I feel disregarded and even disrespected by a totally automated customer service line and can't believe their system sometimes my free cancellation and but gave me nothing back. What a terrible experience! You guys owe me and you know it. AND guess what! When you go to submit this form they are going to try to get your facebook account so they can scrape your data!

I had a car damage during my stay in Ireland (purchased a full coverage, so I didn't worry too much about that). After home return, I filled a "Full coverage request" form and attached all the relevant documents. It took them almost a full month to get back to me and to ask for another document. I sent it immediately. I am waiting for now more than 3 weeks for their reply.
They just don't answer!
What a terrible service!

It was new car new condition great service in time and in touch with me on whatsapp all the time if i need anything
Never choose it! Of you need help they answer 2-3 weeks later. The lie about where their cars are. They write weired policy also very smal so you will never reade it and they can take your money without giving you the service. I did not even get the car and was late for me appointement! When I contacted them to get back my 400 dollars they answered more than 20 days later with a NO! Also I don't know how the named themselves for ECONOMYBOOKINGS, they where the most expensive. I boken another car from another company with exactly halv the price.

We booked the reservation to visit my mother in law whose health is failing. We cancelled our booking a long time ago because we found a rental that was $100 cheaper. They failed to cancel it. We called again the day before reservation started and they wont honor our previous cancellation. We never used the rental and they charged us $390 for a rental we never used. It took forever to get a response and they basically did not give us our money back. We will never deal with them again.

The first car I was given was larger than booked and within one minute I had to return it as dashboard lights were flashing with tyre issues. I was then given a vehicle that was very old, battered and also had problems once I got over 50mph, it sounded like it was going to take off and the steering wheel shook intermittently! The staff in the office couldn't care less, they looked at me as if I was nothing more than an inconvenience. I complained to the staff in the office and have heard nothing from them since. So not use this company, it really isn't worth the hassle!

The quote they give you is for THEIR booking fee and the sole cost of the rental. In fine print they vaguely state that you MAY have additional charges upon pick up. Ended up having to pay $450 in insurance and toll feels upon pick up. And a $200 deposit (was supposed to be $1000 but the clubs car employee took pity on me). I believe any of the good reviews must be bots or something. This company is parasitic and I don't know how this is legal. Would NEVER book with them again.

I am very unhappy with the company Sun Car Rentals in Malta, since the price marked when booking online is not real, but rather they add several additional costs to that price and it ends up costing more than 200 in total.
In addition, inside the car they also notify some separate taxes that increase the price even more

Booked a Car for Noleggiare at Rome, Leonardo da Vinci for 12 days of use.
System failed to show our booking, no info whatsoever. Did not get any sort of communication or cancellation message from EconomyBookings. Tried calling support, they answered me twice and proceed not to help me in any way. The support just told to send an email when I'm standing there at the rental.
Also found out that the booked car model was not even existing at the rental.
Afterwards the customer support was poor. Very slow replies through email and unwilling to cooperate.
Stole 160€ from me and tried their best to ruin our trip. Can't recommend.
Ended up booking from a competitor and received much better results, you should do the same.

They took a deposit of 300 euro and they are not willing to refund it! I have been calling and sending messages for weeks without any answer. The problem is that EconomyBookings client services is also not answering and not doing anything. We are left in the nature.

It has been over 30 days since I legitimately cancelled my booking due to a schedule change. I am still waiting for my refund of £350. All I keep receiving is generic emails saying I will be receiving it shortly. Horrible company that I will never use again or recommend. BEWARE!

We paid extra for full coverage with economybookings.com and have not even received a response to confirm they are looking into our request? 5 business days over SLA. We're currently £650 in debt with no idea whether we're able to get our money back. Not able to get through to people on the other end of the phone line when we call, despite selecting ALL options.

Flying from Canada, we fully expected issues with Priceless rentals over car insurance, but using the appropriate credit card and bringing our own car insurance, we had NO issues at all! There was wifi at the office, and shuttles got us to and from the airport. The rental agency texted us reminders, and encouraged to take pictures of the car before driving off. Instructions were thurough. Car selection was slightly different from the SUV we were hoping for, but got an awesome Chrysler 300 instead, which we loved.
I booked with my partner's credit card for the booking and then could not use this card at the desk. Could not use a visa debit card in my name. Was not allowed to take the booking and rental car. Could not change the name of booking to partner. Very unfair rules, how do you accept payment from a card but not allow the same card to be used for pick up? No flexibility and consumer gets stuck with no option. Never again and feel very unjustly treated with no option.

I found this a difficult process. First reservation was Cx by economy booking, I only found that out when I called to let them know I hadn't gotten a confirmation email. The agent rebooked at a higher price, that went thru but it was the wrong airport. Agent was rude & wouldn't honor original price but would rebook at an even higher price. I cancelled and went elsewhere. Even though we paid for Cx insurance we were charged a Cx fee & told it might take 30 days to reverse charges! I would not use this service!

Answer: They do not just delay. When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
Answer: Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.
Answer: A complete shambolic company that cons people out of money!
