Out of sudden my card was charged 70 euro with no word of explanation. I asked for explanation and it was given (ticket from traffic camera) but had to ask few times for evidence. In meantime my card was blocked by bank suspecting fraud.

In short: very bad or lack of communication

I was traveling to PR for the winter holiday and didn't realize that there were no cars left because of Christmas. I found USave on Google, and luckily, they had an SUV available for me during the 3-week stay. The shuttle was there waiting for me when I arrived to the airport, and they dropped me back off promptly after I returned the car. The only slow process was when I was rushing late to catch my flight I thought I had to go back inside the office to check out, but the attendant outside was doing other cars before mine and I didn't want to just leave without them doing a full check. If that could improve in the future and hire one more person during busy season that would be better!

Risky business

Took long time to return advance $250 deposit. They don't answer the call or reply frequently after the business is done. I had to send someone to get $250 return. But the car was new, no issue with that. They took us to th airport after returning the car. That 2 good points.

Great Experience

My experience with U-Save car rental was great. There was a mix up in my pickup time, and had a 10 minute wait. As a result, I was given a free upgrade in vehicles, which more than made up for it.
I was very much satisfied with my rental, from the service and inexpensive cost.

Nice rental experience all around...

The singing shuttle driver took us from the Airport lot to the office. The paperwork process was handled quickly, thoroughly, and correctly. Our Nissan SUV was in good shape, the guy giving us the car did a really nice job explaining how to shift the gears, since it was unlike the gear controls of anything I've ever driven in my life.
Had fun in LA for four days and returned the car after getting yummy pupusas from the stand on the corner by the office. Shuttle driver took us right to the airport terminal, and onward on our vacation we went.

Great rental experience, will use again next time we're in LA.

Good rental experience

There was some confusion at the airport getting the shuttle but this was a phone issue not an error with u-save. My only issue was The rear hatch internal cover prevented me from loading luggage and I asked for them to keep it. They insisted that I had to take it which was a pain. Other than that I will use them again in a flash.

MY VISIT WAS FOR A WEEK. THEY WERE GREAT FROM PICKUP AT AIRPORT TO DELIVERY OF VEHICLE.CHARGES ARE EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED ON LINE, THERE'S ALWAYS THE EXTRA CHARGE FOR TOLLS (IF YOU CHOOSE) AND CAR INSURANCE IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARE AND ARE A FIRST TIME RENTER WITH NO EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BE FRUSTRATED AND SURPRISE... THOSE ARE ALWAYS THE SAME CRITERIA IN ANY CAR RENTAL PLACE, RATES WILL BE DIFFERENT IN WHATEVER PLACE AND FROM MY EXPERIENCE IN 60 PLUS YEARS. I PAID 270 FOR THE TOLLS, EXTRA LIABILITY AND TAXES AND WAS PREPARED FOR IT AND HAVING PEACE OF MIND IS VERY BENEFICIAL. DROP OFF SAME SPOT, NO ATTENDANT OUTSIDE BUT IT WAS OK TO LEAVE THE KEYS IN IT AND LEAVE. 1 LITTLE THING, CAR SMELLED LIKE AN ASHTRAY BUT OPEN WINDOW AND SPRAYED 1/2 BOTTLE OF FABRIC DISINFECTANT... DIDN'T TURN AROUND CAUSE WAS EXPECTED ON A FAMILY MEDICAL EMERGENCY AND IT WAS JUST ME.
