A smooth experience to start off a vacation. A nice choice of vehicles that were clean and spacious. They even honored the second driver that AAA would've given us.

The vehicle was great, very clean and drove wonderfully.
However, the customer service is what won us over. Bria was the name of the woman working whenever we picked the car up. I had just lost my dad and was fighting to hold my tears in while waiting in line. Bria was so comforting and bubbly and was exactly the person I needed to interact with that morning. She went above and beyond to help with getting us a good vehicle and to make the morning as smooth as possible for us. She even came from behind the counter and gave me a hug when I told her what was going on. I will never forget her and her kindness during such a difficult time.
The drop off process was easy and seamless as well. Overall, a great experience!

Great clean hybrid car, fast friendly service attendant who knew the cars and found one for my short legs and patiently showed me how to program it

Desk was closed for check out, but a very coordinated and easy process was in place for Alamo customer to work with National. Return of vehicle to Alamo was smooth and effortless.

Great service I was like 16 minutes late because of traffic and they didn't charge me extra and I didn't need a credit card! I loved that definitely will rent again!

The car was brand new! I believe I was the first person to drive it! Also the gentleman who received my rental back was so genuine and kind. I didn't catch his name but it was around 3 pm on February 17. Lovely gentleman.

I can't say enough what a great experience I had with Alamo at Dallas Love Field. To begin when I picked up my car late Thursday night Kimberly greeted me with a friendly smile assisting me with all my questions and provided me with a great rental car. She even gave me a slight upgrade from the vehicle I had originally reserved. The excellent experience continued far beyond imagined when I dropped off the vehicle I was greeted by Zachariah, the manager who was so kind and friendly, and we enjoyed a nice conversation together. He furthered the incredible experience by giving me an additional discount on my rental. Once again the service I received from picking up the vehicle to dropping off the vehicle was excellent. I can't say enough good things about my recent experience with Alamo Car Rental! After picking up my vehicle, I unfortunately discovered some issues the next morning – a completely dead battery and a power steering fluid leak. I was understandably concerned, especially since this was such an important trip: I needed a dependable car to bring my second child into the world and welcome our new baby home safely.
I returned to the Alamo terminal right away and explained the situation to the team. Managers Nye and Emad were absolutely outstanding – they listened attentively to every detail of my concerns, showed genuine empathy, and took immediate personal ownership of resolving everything. They handled the vehicle inspection and replacement swiftly and professionally, ensuring I drove away in a perfectly reliable, ready-to-go car without any further hassle.
Thanks to their incredible care and quick action, I was able to focus on what truly mattered: celebrating the arrival of our newest family member. Alamo didn't just fix a problem – they delivered peace of mind and made a stressful moment turn into a smooth, positive one.

The rental car was good but the people experience was terrible. Nobody could tell me why they charged my credit card and debit card. I am waiting on a refund and response.

Had car troubles and called road side assistant. I was instructed to leave the car in the hotel parking lot and it would be picked up within hours. We were then provided an uber to get a different car. Now 6 days later I receive a call from the hotel that the car is still in their lot with multiply tickets and a boot.

Smooth and easy. No issues at pick up and no issues at return. Finding the return location was a little tricky, but might just because I wasn't familiar with the area.
