Very nice people and also did not pressure me with a sales pitch to take extra insurance and such. Which I really appreciate. Offer it fine, but don't pressure weary travelers.

We had a very good experience renting a medium sized SUV at the Lyon airport. The staff were competent and very professional. The location was very busy and we had reserved about a week before. We waited, but we got snow tires and an upgrade in exchange for our patience. This was much appreciated and useful on our holiday. The drop off and inspection was super fast and super easy. Thanks for a hassle free experience.

Friendly, efficient service. An example an unexpected upgrade to a Cadillac SUV. All at a great price.?

Generally pretty good. Airport counter was closed at pick-up (mid-afternoon, 10-12 customers), and the National agency staff were covering. A little confusion, but they sorted it things out and I didn't have to wait too long before I got a car. Drop-off crew was quick, efficient, and pleasant. Would rent with Alamo again.

Great service from the pick up at the airport through selecting our requested car and return. Several vehicles ready for our choosing exactly as we had reserved and in great order. Value is very good - certainly recommend renting from Alamo in the future as well.
