As senior citizens I felt that it would have been great to have a few minutes of instruction on the vehicles amenities. We were placed in a 2025 vehicle which we really enjoyed and have no complaints but it took awhile to figure things out and I feel for safety issues it would have been very helpful.

Excellent customer service. Didn't get the SUV that I was instructed to get from hubby. Instead got a beautiful 2025 Nissan which I feel in love with. However, I was instructed by hubby to take it back and get a SUV which I did. The agents were so helpful in trading out to a SUV. I didn't even have to go inside to the counter. Thanks Alamo for excellent customer service. I have been a faithful customer for many years and have not been disappointed even when it was my fault.
The pickup and return process was streamlined and very quick and easy. The rental rate was less expensive than Turo and all Alamo employees I dealt with were helpful and respectful from start to finish.

The customer service at the Sanford airport location was amazing. I had to get a manager to get help with my son not having a credit card to rent the vehicle in his name since he would be driving. I wanted to pay for the rental but have him drive. I rented the Wagoneer for my son's wedding. The manager (I believe her name was Jessica) was extremely helpful. When I returned the vehicle she recognized me and came up to me and asked how the wedding was. This type of personal service is not typical and was extremely nice. I will definitely use this Alamo location again and recommend it to anyone who has rental car needs.
