The employees were over worked and under appreciated, and it shows in their attitude.

U-Save was extremely helpful in providing information regarding shuttle to site. The vehicle was new and ready when I got there. Upon returning timed the shuttle for return to airport. 👊👍

I had a very disappointing experience with U-Save Rental Cars, and I will not be renting from them again. I returned my vehicle on time and in perfect condition, but the company failed to refund my $2,000 deposit, even though they promised it would be released shortly after drop-off.
I waited more than the 14-business-day window they claimed was required, and I still did not receive my money back. This delay is unacceptable for a deposit of this size.
Their customer service was extremely unhelpful. Every time I called, I was either given vague excuses or transferred to someone who couldn't provide real answers. No one seems to take responsibility, and communication is very poor.
Overall, this company lacks professionalism, transparency, and basic customer service. I recommend avoiding U-Save and choosing a more reputable rental company to save yourself the frustration.

I found my experience to be very good. The staff very helpful and efficient. The car of good quality and condition. Unlike some other car hire companies, the service was clear, honest and no caveates or tricks to try to obtain more money in a dishonest fashion.
My only negative comment would be that the requirements for hiring i. E the need for an international driving permit and other requirements need to be at the forefront of the booking not buried in the paperwork. If like me you are booking last minute, it is difficult to obtain these documents.

My experience is ALWAYS great but this last time the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude. I was late picking the car up which was DEFINITELY my mistake because I thought that because I paid a deposit it would hold it the car for me but that's not the case. When I got there the receptionist came from the back with voice raised telling me how I almost lost my rental. She said that she called and left a message letting me know that but when I tried to show her I had no call or voicemail, she gave me an oh well attitude and proceeded with what she was doing. Also she was about to give me a speech about how she hoped the car was for me but I kind of cut her off. At 38 yrs old I didn't need that, I'm well aware of the rules there as I have rented NUMEROUS times from them. As I said experience is usually GREAT but I guess it wasn't her day this particular day

We rented a van to go to Santa Rosa Florida. Very helpful and friendly staff. The process was easy and fast. Drop off was also easy and fast. Highly recommend U-save for all vehicle rentals. Kind, courteous, and friendly. The process was extremely better than Enterprise.
