I asked to have the my new rental contract with the same car I had from first contract. The agent was understanding and offered me the same car which cut the time of checking out by more of half the time.

Great repose with the work force. The worker were very kind and attended to all my needs. When I got to the facility, every thing were very professional and well managed.

A gépkocsi átvétele esetén - tekintettel arra, hogy kb. 1,3 km-re van a repülőtértől az iroda és a reptéren, illetve a közelében lévő autókölcsönzők semelyike semennyire sem tudott útbaigazítani - nagyon nagy segítség volna, ha az érkezéskor valaki a vendég (bérlő) elé jönne a reptérre egy kis táblával. Visszafelé ez nagyon flottul ment, az autó leadását követően az iroda munkatársa elvitt a reptérig.

Great service and people. We've used them several times over the years and we've always had great service. We will be using them again.

It was a bit awkward to get to the office at catania airport but when we found the office the office and the people who worked there were very helpful and kind and the overall experience was very good

While it is a little convenient having to take two shuttles from the airport and it was a very tight squeeze in the van on the way back to the airport, the Savings is incredible and I would definitely use them again!

Flawless experience. If you are willing to take a 10 minute shuttle from the airport, you will save a ton of money and still get a clean car and very friendly and capable service. If you are from the US and want to use your own insurance coverage (which will save you lots of money) be sure to bring your insurance ID card and something in writing from your insurance company that they cover you in Puerto Rico

Be carefull. We were charged for crossing boarded although we didn't cross Austria boarder. They don't reply telephone calls.

I needed a rental. I went through Priceline. Went To Usave. I gave a $300 cash deposit, $630 debit, and $400 credit card. Within a few hours I noticed the tag was expired. I took the car back. Then the exchange vehicle started having mechanical issues. I had no choice my to return. While at the Usave, the owner grabs s gun and wants me and him to test drive. I declined, he said it was for his safety. He gave me a refund, of $300. The $400 credit was returned and they refuse to refund my $630. Be careful. They are Corporate thieves, I went to budget spent more Money but a good car rental and headache

Scam artist. First I reserved this car through Orbitz and the total was $162 then when I actually picked up the car it was going to be $534 and after I drop the car off and got back to the States 4 days later they charged a $200 deposit for a total of $734. When I called and asked they said," you signed for $534 we can't charge any more than that. " First they said they would credit the deposit back during the next billing cycle then by the end of that conversation they said, no they didn't owe me any money back. Then they just acted like they couldn't understand my English all together so I hung up and called the corporate office in Mississippi. I spoke to a woman who assured me that she would file a complaint and somebody would get back up with me. 5 days later I hadn't heard from anybody so I called again and filed another complaint with someone else, never heard from her either. It's been 2 weeks since I dropped the car off no one has bothered to call me back and they have not returned my $200 deposit. So I've unexpectedly paid $734 for a rental car that I was told would be $162 before I went to pick it up. I should have read the reviews before I book the car. This place is a nightmare, they're frauds and scam artists.
