Apres avoir réservé en ligne à 30 euros la journée pour une semaine. L agent sur place m a forcé à payer 15 euros d assurance par jours. Malheureusement pour moi j avais pas le temps pour annuler la location parcequ'une que j avais un voyage a effectuer le soir même. En plus de ça la voiture étais très sale. A la fin de la location j ai bien nettoyé la voiture pour la rendre. L agent de la location essaye tout les moyen pour m arnaquer en me disant que la voiture est abîmé y a des bosses heureusement pour moi j ai pris des vidéo a l avance si non son intention était de récupérer la caution. C est une agence qu il faut éviter a tout prix.parce que ça gâche les vacances.

Buenas tardes, me sentí engañada al ir a recoger el vehículo, cuando se me comunicó que por el hecho de no disponer de una tarjeta de crédito con numeración, se me debía cobrar un cargo igual o superior al coste de alquiler, no una retención con derecho a reembolso siquiera. Me parece abusivo cuando el cargo de alquiler había sido ya cobrado previamente a través de la misma tarjeta sin problema alguno. No volveré a realizar ninguna reserva y no recomendaré hacerlo en las RRSS.

When we arrived in the Naples I rang the number I was given and was told to ring back once I'd walked less than 200 metres to get the shuttle the rental place, I said can you not just send the shuttle we will be there in 2 minutes she said no, so we walked to the exact place they told us rang back which was actually less the 2 minutes to get the shuttle and after a few calls which they ignored so rang on my wife's phone we were stood in the heat for over 20 minutes with no shade waiting for an unmarked shuttle, bear in mind there's taxi and shuttles everywhere so had to ask quite a few if they were for us and they stop on a busy roundabout so with to kids in the heat on a busy roundabout is not ideal! Got the rental building to be met by the people that were ignoring my calls got the car, checked it over etc and the cars apple CarPlay wasn't working, I went in to ask if they could help me with it as I needed a sat nav the man didn't even get up out of his seat and just said sat nav isn't included in the rental! I said I get that but the apple CarPlay is and it's not working his reply was it's not my problem! I was far too hot and tired so I left, the only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the gentleman we had when we got back, helpful, welcoming and completely the opposite of the 2 the were working when we picked the car up!

It s a first that while getting the car, we were asked to pay in advance a fee for cleaning the car with the excuse that it was just cleaned (which it wasnt btw). Also after getting the key at the desk, the car was actually located very far in another parking. And on the way back, after having the car checked and contract closed, they asked us to put back the car in their far parking on their behalf. Really absurd.

The collection point at Gatwick is not great. With no public pay phone and a foreign mobile with no international calls I was unable to call to let them know of arrival. I had to ask a member of the public to use there phone to make a call to the office to advise if my arrival. I was then asked for a 'favour' by the collection guy, he asked me to meet him at a hotel which meant crossing a very busy terminal road, which I didn't realise at the time of agreeing to, walking across a busy road with children was not safe. All to save the collection guy a few minutes driving to the collection point. I thought this service was actually onsite but it's actually off site and I would not use again.

This was my last option renting from the Calgary airport as all other options during the AC strike were astronomically high. I wasn't sure, but had limited options. And I am so glad I went for it! I was personally picked up from the airport (not a shuttle), driven about 5 minutes to the location and set up with my vehicle within minutes! I was able to return the vehicle after hours no problem, and I had zero issues BOTH times I rented from them in one weekend. I would 100% rent again from U-Save. I had a great experience. Worth noting: I reserved using Expedia and chose the insurance option through expedia. Just make sure to mention that to the person that you're working with so they don't think you're opting into THEIR insurance.

Nice car. But I didn't get my full refund as promised. Nor did they pay for my uber to them from the airport. I really would like to get the rest of my money back. With no explanation as to why I didn't receive my full amount
