Needed a car for only few days, desktop was efficient, pick-up on site was excelent, hopping next time drop it on site would be best option, because its very far and takes almost half day to deliver the car. As tourist, time is very important. Wish you consider for next time.

On a short visit to Calgary I rented a car from a company that I had no prior experience with. There were a problems with my credit card, problems with the air carrier and problems with just about everything about the travel experience. U save was excellent in everything that they did! Great customer service assisting me in all aspects of what they did.and being patient while I got others on board.

From making a reservation online to picking up my rental car the process was flawless. The rental price could not be beat by anyone. Once I arrived to the Orlando Airport Shuttle transportation area it only took me about 35 minutes to drive away in my rental. Thank you all!

Good value for the price. Cars are a little scratched up, but who cares? They get you from place A to B. Note: the rental place is near simpson bay, not across from the airport like others, however, they still offer a shuttle, you just might have to wait a few extra minutes to catch it. We will be definitely using them again on our next trip to St. Maarten.

Very smooth process. It took less than 5 minutes from the moment I entered their office to the moment I got in the car. The car was very clean. When I dropped off the car, I just gave the keys to the attendant and it was done. Next time I am in BC I will do business with them again.
