My flight cancelled by airlines after i booked one of your cars, i also paid extra for refund option but your company never refund my money. I supplied the proof and reason was one the terms that you accept to refund.

I have provided Greenmotion with all the necessary booking information bt still cannot obtain VAT invoices. Why is this not an option when looking at my bookings. I am only using you again as this was a rush booking and I din't have time to search other sites

Excellent customer service.
Rented a van. It's based in multi storey car park that very difficult to manoeuvre around in a van and get in and out of spaces, next to concrete pillars and made for a stressful experience. Won't hire a van from there again. Also pick up location was poorly lit. I did not think I dented the van but couldn't be sure and got stung for a big repair bill.

We were able to pick up the car with the deposit, only spending as little as 20 min (there was a person ahead of us), picked up the car, took pictures to verify that the damage that was there was from us, and set off. To bring it back, we filled the gas and dropped off the keys and done!

As a frequent user, I have always received excellent service. The only issue I have noticed is that not all of my previous bookings appear on my account, which means I am not currently receiving the loyalty rewards I should be entitled to. I will raise this at the desk next time I visit.

Everything went fine from collection of the vehicle to return (I did have full insurance so that speeds up the process). Just waited less than 10 minutes at the airport for the shuttle and then went by smoothly the rest of the process

I was picked up by the van at the Zagreb airport, I did not lose more than 5 mins on procedures in the branch, since they actually used data and copies of my docs sent way before and I got brand new car. Returning was less than 5 mins, since I prepaid full insurance and I was brought to Zagreb airport without any issues. My full score, 5 stars!
Great selection of affordable cars. I opted for the cheapest small car as I only planned short journey. Was in great condition. Super friendly staff. Would recommend. One star less as the process of picking up the car was VERY long. Make sure you come prepared with lots of spare time.

Delivery of vehicle in a timely manner. Staff friendly. Had some issues with the car and we were provided another car, delivered where we were residing and original hire care returned to us after problem sorted. Easy to deal with.

Answer: DON'T do it. They advertise low and sting you at the counter! Clerks hard sell additional insurance (they get a commission). In Glasgow, Scotland this last August, they tried to get me to pay $800 in insurance to cover a ten day rental that was about $35 a day! Many people have posted about scams where they charged unsuspecting customers for "damages" that were already on the car but the customer may not notice, like a tiny chip in the windshield or a small scratch on the door edge.
Answer: Speeding/parking tickets and police action are slow. They keep the deposit until they are sure there will be no problems with any of those costs. (and yeah, would be speeding fine + massive green motion fee).

I can confirm that security deposits are automatically released by Green Motion on the last day of your rental after it has been established that the rental vehicle has been returned in the same condition as it was provided, and there are no further outstanding charges. Whilst in most cases this is available again within 10 working days, unfortunately, this can take up to 30 days depending on the bank that you use. We suggest that you contact your bank as they may be able to speed this process up for you. Green Motion's policy is to use pre-authorised transactions for our security deposits, which ring-fence the amount within your account, not charge it. This pre-authorised transaction will allow us to make charges if necessary at the end of the rental, but unless this occurs no money will leave your account. Due to the nature of this transaction, the release of these funds may not show on your bank statement as a separate transaction. If you believe that you have been charged your security deposit, please contact your bank and ask them to provide proof of the transaction as a charge on the first day of your rental so that we can look further into this for you. If this amount is still not available in your account after 30 days from the last day of your rental, please contact us at [email protected]. Answer: I believe Green Motion are a perfectly fair and respectful company. I suspect you didn't read their Ts&Cs properly. The two customers being served while I was collecting my car had also not read/understood the conditions and were caught by surprise. The representative dealt with them firmly but fairly.
