We loved Mr. Patric service on arrival at Thrifty car rental location at Kona airport Hawaii. Amazing service with smile and understood our requirements and accommodate us with best options they have. L will not use them again, as I turned my car in a day early and they would not give me refund. The car was returned in the same manner as received. Poor customer service in my opinion and they will loose business

We rented a car this summer in july using economy booking and we bought an extra full coverage from economy booking that says that if damage will happend to the car, we will not pay any damage cost at all...
Every thing is perfect until something happens... someone scrached the front left side of the car while we did shopping in the supermarket
When we gave back the car, the renting company took from us 330euro and told us to claim the money from economy booking and they dont care that we have full coverage...
Till today economy booking do not gave us back the money... even after we gave them all the necessary documents and photos that they asked from us to send...
I wish there was a ZERO! But, please remember that this review isn't really just about Economy Bookings, but is more pointedly about the ABSOLUTE JOKE of a company that EZ car rental is. Maybe I'm just mad because I got scammed by a bunch of scumbags and my feelings are hurt.
I'm writing this while I'm still angry, so that's probably like going shopping when you're hungry, but I'd NEVER use this crap--go straight to a reputable rental agency and pay the higher amount! BTW: EZ is NOT reputable--it's garbage.
My son, a member if the US military, is flying in to interview for a job after he leaves the service. We ain't rich, and wanted to get a decent deal. After searching a bunch of sites and getting more confounded with every new "great deal," I booked a car as a gift for him at LAX. It seemed easy enough, and I knew exactly what it would cot with the insurance I paid for based on the receipt I was sent and agreed to.
Well, he arrived today, and after two hours' wait at the counter for his "reservation," they didn't have the type of car I booked; they wouldn't let my card pay for it, and it will cost us $75.00 or-so dollars more than the "contract" I signed. At this point, I could have rented him a car from a competent company for less.
I sent a vividly descriptive email to EZ about what I hope happens to them in the afterlife, and what I'd like to do to help them get there. My son is in a car as I speak, driving here, so he'll presumably get here okay.
It's a G-damned car; it ain't rocket science. I booked a Sonata and he's in a Jeep, and yet I hope EZ goes out of business and they starve as their lousy ship sinks.
If this site has ANY INTEGRITY, they will cut ties with EZ. ONLY then, would I use this site, no mater what deals they help you think you're getting. If anyone from the site is reading this, Google "integrity" and let that be your guide.
If you're not from the site, remember that there are hundreds of ways to book a car, and there are hundreds of millions of cars available around the world. You owe NOTHING to some nondescript website, unless they somehow prove they are better than the companies they associate themselves with.
I loved that the fees and taxes were included! This wasn't the case in another site! My 2 day rental, advertised at $17/day cost almost 140! This site I was ankle to get a car for 17/day as advertised! Thank you

You can't return your car early... Good luck trying to get someone on the phone from customer support. They are based in Latvia or Bolivia or something. All they want is your money.
Easy to use service - I was collected from the airport and driven to car rental office. Dropped the car off at the hotel; where it got collected without me having to be there.
This past summer, I went back home to Hawaii to mourn the loss of a loved one and reserved a vehicle through economybookings.com. At the time of p/u at Thrifty, I was declined due to no credit card and did not meet the credit check requirements. In return, I had to rent a vehicle through Alamo at the last minute. My bank card that the economybookings.com reservations were under was charged the full amount and my bank and I are still disputing these charges as their systems show this reservation as a "No Show" and they paid Thrifty. However, Thrifty shows this reservation as declined due to no credit card and did not meet credit check requirements and no vehicle was rented.
I was very happy; when renting from a third party sometimes wires can get crossed but everything went smoothly with no snags at all -- very happy with the service

I am happy with their price and service. I had no problem with their car rental services. This is my second car hire from them. They offer better price than others and I always received prompt responses to my questions.
I called because I needed to rent a car for a trip, first of all if you make a reservation with them if you call them back a second later to cancel they will charge you a cancellation fee. When you call back to cancel they will haggle with you on the prices to get you to keep your reservation with them. They are SCAMMERS! Please be aware of this company! Do no go through them to book any reservation! You will be sorry trust me!
Despite the amount of time it took to get my vehicle; assuming the vehicle I received was substandard to what my hopes; my family and I were pleasantly and overtly surprised and impressed by the vehicle we received. It was fully loaded; so many advanced options; and enjoyed it so much they now want one for our own family! Thank you for such a great vehicle and service.

Hire a rental service for a truck in Mexico through economybooking.com, and ace rent a car mexico.
Paying $ 182 dollars in advance with 45 days before.
At the arrival of my trip they did not have the unit and they did not give me a solution.
They left me without a car and without money.
After requesting the return of my money for more than 90 days. Finally, they answer me today saying that I never showed up at the branch.
I'm losing 182 dollars and my time.

The staff at the thrift and dollar return and check out in Norfolk VA were very courteous and helpful. Janee at the checkout counter that helped with my next rental after this turn in was awesome.
Answer: They do not just delay. When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
Answer: Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.
