I assumed the cover was going to be made of cloth material not a tarp product it's more like something you would cover your furniture with to keep it dry. Not really suitable for a sunshade in my opinion. Didn't realise the description said tarp until it was delivered. To late to cancel
I tried to order a cover for a garden table, cover measurements 50" long by 25" wide and 20". I was offered a link to a 20% discount code. Tried to apply the code offered (HELL020) but code was invalid. In the end I need a cover so opted for the cheapest version. I would have gone for the more expensive version had I been able to Apply the discount. The company Emailed me and persuaded me to re-order, with the discount being applied manually by the company. I asked the company to check my order as I suspected that I had duplicated it, as indeed I had. The company said it was too late to cancel one of the orders, so I ended up with 2 covers, one at full price and one discounted, one of which is totally useless to me. I had several frustrating E mail conversations to try to resolve my dismay at the company's responses before giving up. I would not buy anything from that company again!
