The turn around time always seems to disappoint - I have ordered from this site now twice; once a year and a half ago and once recently. Both times I kept getting a message of "high volume" and had to wait for shipment. I don't mind the longer turn around time, just be honest and let me know ahead of time. It seems a little bait and switch to me.

The process of ordering my two rugs was done in 10 minutes start to finish. I have dealt with this company before and have been very pleased with product.

Rugs.com changed the price on me. I put a rug in my cart, it was on sale, and the sale was supposedly going to end at the end of the weekend, I had to wait one more day to get paid and when I went to check out it was $10 more. This is very untrustworthy of them

It was easy to find a rug to fit our needs. There were many patterns from which to chose. Also, many of the patterns have a number of color options. All the rugs come in many sizes. The best things are the reasonable prices and the free shipping.

Easy website to navigate and love the ability to download a room picture and see the rug in your room. Good prices, free returns and nice selection of area rugs.

The filters work great to narrow down your search and I love the "try a rug in your room" option. Great experience! Great price!

In previous review I meant to say that I was not happy about not getting the discount I was entitled to, rather than saying I was happy about it.

Rugs look fabulous but you have an extremely frustrating website, which is why you only got 3 stars. I almost gave up (I had to go through the entire procedure twice!). But I found a rug with all the colors and the design I was looking for so I persevered. I just hope it meets my expectations.

I received my 8x 10 rug in the wrong color. The company was easy to get ahold of and is sending a replacement in the right color. When I get the right rug I'll send the wrong one back. No hassle for the exchange. Would buy another rug through Rugs.com.

I have ordered several rugs from Rug.com They arrived in good condition and were generally as described. One of the rugs didn't work out. When I initiated the return, they quickly sent me a return label and instructions to return the rug with no charge and no questions asked. I received my refund within a couple of weeks. I appreciate this kind of service.
