It was confusing, but in a good way--so many beautiful rugs to look at and consider! I had several that I really liked, but the system helped me reach the right conclusion. Can't wait to see this beauty in my home--and to show it off!

We really love the rug and we also purchased the pad for underneath. I cannot place this rug so that the pad underneath is completely covered. It looks like my only option is to remove the pad.

This website has some of the best most comprehensive descriptions and pictures that actually help you see the texture and dimensions of the rugs and not just a top view of the pattern. That makes it worth buying from here itself and the fact the free shipping and returns and all that stuff is just great.

Generally a positive experience. Felt like the price you see is the price you get which isn't good or bad just surprising that an online retailer didn't have a space for promo codes or any additional discounts. We were looking for a runner over 12 ft and found the site had a lot of options in the dimensions we were looking for.

I ordered a 2x8 runner.
Quality was great, Color just wasn't right for my room.
Return was made really easy.
(Just remember to try to save your original Packaging).
It makes returns easier!

This is my second order with Rugs.com. We ordered 2 runners for our master bedroom. They came in the time frame stated. Packaged very well, no issues at all. We're excited to receive the area rug for our livingroom.

I have bought rugs here many times for multiple houses. I can always find the style and size I'm looking for in the right price range. Inexpensive rugs for high traffic entrys or heirloom quality forever rugs. This is always my first and usually my last stop in rug shopping.

The middle of the rug is loose and puffs up. I have tripped on it a few times. It won't stretch out to become flat. I love the rug otherwise, but this is pretty frustrating. It's a beautiful rug

Had work different methods to get order to process. Site said extra discount for using my bank. I used my bank. I don't see any discounts for using my bank. Typical retail.

I was told if I paid the $69 more that I would get my ride within 48 hours well no that didn't happen all of my brand new furniture came and there was no rush so I am very upset. I am now going to give you all a call.
