The purchase portion of the site is cumbersome when trying to receive a bank credit

Had to return rug & pad. No problem. I needed return labels by snail mail which they provided. All customer service people were easy to deal with.

Waiting to see quality of the rug I just purchased … other company rugs have been sparse and not good quality for daily wear and tear!

I was trying to use my bank account as it stated that I will receive 5$ for linking my account, but it was experiencing a process error.
