This is probably the 8th rug I have purchased from the company. The quality and coastal pattern selections are beyond compare. I especially like the size selection in each pattern. Other companies never seem to have every pattern in every size but rugs.com always does and appreciate that.
I have made purchases on this site many times. It is always easy and quick! The hardest time I have is choosing between all the beautiful rugs.
Can not get a return label online. Called customer service and it will take 24 hours to get 1. There are alot of stipulations to returning this rug that I thought was supposed to be a "free return". Since it is a 9 x 12 Fed X considers it oversized and it is making it very difficult to return. I may not even get my full refund! If the colors in the description were the actual colors of the rug I would not have bought it in the 1st place

Having no success looking for a 5x7 rug that I liked...I stumble upon Rugs.com. Their selections of that particular size rug was very generous. I found the perfect one that suits my decor and am very excited for it's arrival. So...selections if wonderful. Will come back later for delivery and service if there are problems.
