I loved that I could view the rug in my room. The website experience was great and connecting the payment directly to my bank information was great.
I think there was plenty of rugs to look at and plus plenty of sizes to choose from plus great prices! The only draw back for me was ordering pads for each rug. It would be better to list the rug pad size with the rug. I would have felt better knowing, at a glance, that I order the right size!
