I was told if I paid the $69 more that I would get my ride within 48 hours well no that didn't happen all of my brand new furniture came and there was no rush so I am very upset. I am now going to give you all a call.

The rug I ordered came in a few days ago it's a little small but that's my fault not the companies but it's a great area rug and it's so nice it's a short shag and gray I just love it it's beautiful

It was a great experience shopping for my rug, I was able to pick from the first set of photo's that came up. Now that's what I call a great shopping experience.

We just had the carpet removed from our wood stairs and upstairs hallway, so I needed a runner for the hallway. I have two weavings that hang there and was thinking I'd never find a rug that would blend with both because the colors are different in each one. No problem as it turned out. Rugs.com had such a wide selection I found the perfect rug for the hall.

Decision making is always difficult but being able to see a photographic image of the rug in my room made it much easier. Thanks

Finding the best rug is hard but when you find what you want size and color like I did you buy it the prices are great! I just bought two indoor outdoor rugs for my kitchen for less than 200.00 rugs.com is the first place I look.

The rugs I have bought from this site have always been nicer than what's shown in the picture and delivered sooner than expected.

I went to your site just browsing and found the perfect rugs! And used the "see in my room" which helped me decide what size. Checking out was painless ( except for the amount LOL) and the price was okay. Couldn't afford both rugs then.

Your website is much easier to use than your phone application. It does not fit into the frame of the phone you cannot delete items once they're in your cart so I had to abandon the application. But your sales are great your product is wonderful and I'm a longtime customer.

Unable to chang the two rugs to match the yard runner. Also was unable to go back and spell change right. You need to make it easier for a 95 year old dummy to manage.

I've shopped here a few times in the last 4 years and I've always been pleased. This experience was no exception. The selection is fantastic and prices are very reasonable. I will shop again for sure.

I was able to see rugs in my space. The reviews were good even though reportedly is more blue than purple. I think it was accent the room nicely. Easy shopping experience.
