I had never heard of this company but searched for "Gazebo clear side sheets" and they came up. Made to measure and excellent quality. They are easy to communicate with and I would thoroughly recommend them.
Quality of material was better than I expected. I wanted this to go around my gazebo/hot tub. So light weight, perfect. The only reason I didn't give x5 stars is delivery time. Much longer than i was told/ expected.
Used their online chat facility when first ordering, feel reassured as hadn't used before. Ordering was easy, they always have discounts and offers so prices are good. I knew what my delivery date was ( they do take quite a while) but Was a bit worried when hadn't heard anything, so I used online chat again, order was expedited - began to fret that it wouldn't come in time. Got dispatch notice and order arrived two days early. Great quality bespoke product and just what we asked for. Recommend find a discount code, use online chat for any questions, chase to ensure it's on its way. Have faith!

Online chat and customer service were great when looking to place order and take your money. Stupidly I made a mistake on the dimensions put in cm instead of in on one of the measurements so received a cover twice the size I need. Fully accept I made the mistake however I attached photo for reference which obviously was not looked at otherwise error would have been spotted. Have written twice to customer services to ask for help in getting this adjusted and been ignored. Happy to pay for adjustment just want advice on where to send it so this is not a refund issue.
Cover itself is excellent quality and well made.
Also pillows ordered have yet to be received and order delivery date was 1st October
