Finding weatherproof covers to fit items of various sizes can be difficult. After stumbling across the Covers & all site during a google search, the rest was straight forward. The guide to adding measurements was simple and the check boxes for style and design thereafter were easy to follow. The final product is great - fits well, looks good. Time will tell how weatherproof it is.

Probably would not have purchased without the discounts made available but having purchased other items before thought these be the best value for money against cheaper options. The orders were swiftly processed and delivered ahead of expected date. Good product all round.

Very good experience but you have to guide the design team. I ended up making a cardboard mock up to check the design was OK.

Product has still not been seen, it has been delivered to a local shop awaiting pick up. I had to chase to find out where the parcel is?

It was simple and straightforward to enter the measurements into the order form but until the cover actually arrived I was nervous that I'd put the right ones in. Thankfully it fitted perfectly.

When buying made to measure items, "taking measurements" is often the recipe for disaster. This company go out of their way to ensure a correct fit -- very pleased with their help, guidance and service. This is the second product we have purchased, the first being a canopy last year. Again, excellent service.

Highly recommend buying these, made to measure, fit perfectly, can now sit outside even when weather isn't great, lovely, warm and dry. Even good in windy weather as weighted down. Well worth the money.

I have covered all my BBQ, equipment with cover all covers.
In the beginning there were size differences between us, yet, their diligence and professional carried the covers thru, everything is now covered and protected from the elements.

I was most impressed that before commencing the work I was sent a drawing of my request to make sure that the measurements I had provided were correct. A very good safeguard.

Covers arrived in good time and I'm really pleased with the quality and fit. I had originally measured my chairs incorrectly, but covers & all picked this up, queried it and corrected it and everything is perfect.

The cushions I bought exceeded my expectations. Customer service wasn't great when I had questions, probably due to a language barrier. But the products were great. Also shipping was quick, just don't ask too many questions. Thank you.

I am genuinely disappointed to have to write a negative review for Covers n All. I have previously purchased two very straightforward covers for a barbecue and a table, which arrived in good time and to a very straightforward specification. In other words is a very difficult to get that wrong - and they didn't. Since then I have made an order For two garden seating areas and an egg chair. Despite this being purchased 3 months ago, I am still waiting for the cover for the egg chair with no sign of this arriving - nor do they seem to care. In terms of the seating area, there has been over six weeks worth of back-and-forth on the measurements for this. And they are still got it badly wrong. There has been mishandling of funds and credits and so much back-and-forth that I should almost be salaried for the total up the number of hours I have spoken to them. No one cares that I've spent thousands with them as a previous customer. They profusely apologise over and over again about not much really - and with no real action or nobody to take a hold of the situation and sort it out - zero leadership in an Indian call centre. Overall the material for the cover is good, but customer experience and customer service is terrible. As a consequence, I will not be using this company again and They have lost an advocate for sure. Meanwhile, I will wait for my egg cover to arrive, it doesn't matter that I have called them six times in the last two weeks to ask why hasn't arrived yet. I have no faith it will get here for the winter. Be warned.

Easy to measure and order online with explanations and drawings showing the item to be covered. Took a little longer than I thought but worth the wait as they fitted perfectly first time and are really well made. Lots of little details that show they are made properly.
