When buying made to measure items, "taking measurements" is often the recipe for disaster. This company go out of their way to ensure a correct fit -- very pleased with their help, guidance and service. This is the second product we have purchased, the first being a canopy last year. In the beginning there were size differences between us, yet, their diligence and professional carried the covers thru, everything is now covered and protected from the elements.

Too much back and forth on measurements, even with photos, the gas bbq grill cover is too big, and the Color doesn't match the other items, but, there's nothing I can do, I am pleased that the items arrived and hope that they last a long while.

I am genuinely disappointed to have to write a negative review for Covers n All. I have previously purchased two very straightforward covers for a barbecue and a table, which arrived in good time and to a very straightforward specification. In other words is a very difficult to get that wrong - and they didn't. Since then I have made an order For two garden seating areas and an egg chair. Despite this being purchased 3 months ago, I am still waiting for the cover for the egg chair with no sign of this arriving - nor do they seem to care. In terms of the seating area, there has been over six weeks worth of back-and-forth on the measurements for this. And they are still got it badly wrong. There has been mishandling of funds and credits and so much back-and-forth that I should almost be salaried for the total up the number of hours I have spoken to them. No one cares that I've spent thousands with them as a previous customer. They profusely apologise over and over again about not much really - and with no real action or nobody to take a hold of the situation and sort it out - zero leadership in an Indian call centre. Overall the material for the cover is good, but customer experience and customer service is terrible. As a consequence, I will not be using this company again and They have lost an advocate for sure. Meanwhile, I will wait for my egg cover to arrive, it doesn't matter that I have called them six times in the last two weeks to ask why hasn't arrived yet. I have no faith it will get here for the winter. Be warned.

The cover never arrived. I complained. They claimed that it had been delivered (but no photograph or signature). They then didn't answer any more emails. I am now obtaining refund from my credit card.
