I've tried several other parcel forwarding service, but now I'm settled on Viabox.
They got the lowest shipping rates & a great support team who always go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction of the client.
Viabox is the best package forwarder, i have try many of them but Viabox is still Number 1. They don't have hiding fees, all services you needs are free, like pictures of your package, consolidation and repackaging, 90 days of storage. After consolidation and repackaging you can store your package for another 90 days for free, that's 180 days for free of storage. They never overcharged you for something, have great costumer service, always respond quickly and do what you want, they are kind and honest company. I highly recommend to everyone.
Superb service from ViaBox starting with sending items to their warehouse and ship to my house. Would use them again in future.

The first i'm used this forwarding services, I was panicked because of the many people who give bad feedback, and I live in Indonesia.
Their flaws I see only on customer service. There is no charge for repacking.
Shipments from the US to Indonesia before repacking 97 usd, and after repacking only 27 usd.
For the future, I hope the viabox can improve customer service.
They dont mind to hold your items and not shipping it, they might ask you for bankwire and bitcoin, they might even ask you for ID even if payment was approved, be ware of this scam if you really looking to ship items viabox shouldn't be even a choice.
I am not very pleased with their service too. For shipping 10 pieces of toys I would wind up spending somewhere nearly 300 dollars. Each of them weigh only 2-3 pounds. Besides Tracking no. Are always wrong. First i thought it was sellers's mistake then I found out that It wasn't. It was their stuff. I didn't know where did they found a bunch of high school drop out kids to operate things.
Tracking No. Is valuable details. They should respect the fact that we need them to open case with eBay when we don't receive what we purchased. We need them to calculate how much do we paid for each item. They tried to raise the selling point that they are running no frills service... 10 Pieces of Toys weigh 23 Pounds cost me 300 dollar while I usually use Myus may cost me somewhere 120 - 150 USD
Viabox was easy to use comparing to other parcel forwarding companies. They don't require any security deposits or personal identification documents which I don't feel comfortable providing anyway.
This is the 3rd package I received with Viabox and I'm really happy with their service.
They have the lowest shipping rates among all package forwarding companies in US and their service it excellent.
Looking forward to the next purchase.
They are extremely expensive, the items shipped from amazon with 11 USD and they need to ship with local service over 75 USD.
The funny thing they refuse to ship it locally with US! After very bad customer support emails and complain they approved with approve value.
I've been shopping and shipping purchases from the United States to Australia for the past several years and the problem that I've always encountered with most parcel forwarding services like Myus & Shipto were the exuberant number fees that they charge for their services.
It wasn't until someone recommended Viabox in a forum that I found out about their service and I must admit that It was a breath of fresh air from other package forwarding services.
Customers pay for just the shipping fees to forward from Viabox to their home countries, and nothing else. They're are no registration fees, no subscription fees, no consolidation fees, no repackaging fees, no storage fees and none of those additional non-sense hidden fees that other companies force to pay before forwarding your purchases to you.

The company does not respect their customers. Some times, they changed their customers requests choices of shipping carrier after the clients payment the shipment's value without informing the client.
There are other companies better from this one.
Worst shipping company. Not only was I charged over DOUBLE what was originally advertised for shipping, they lost one of my two items that I bought from the same place, and told me that the original company I bought the items from mustn't have packed them. Crooks, scammers, liars. Have tried to complain many times with no response.
If you are an international shopper, Via Box is a gold mine. It is free to join and they allow you to shop from any US retailer and have it shipped to their US address. Then they mail it to you for the loweest rate possbile due to their relationships with the mail carriers. Such a brilliant concept!
This site was formerly viaddress.com which it seemed to have scammed many people.

I do not recommend this company as recently at them theft of the shipped goods prospers.
For example at me at shipment did not ship clothes for $950 +!
I wrote to them about it, but they answered me that that at them did not remain in a warehouse, but they received the fact of not shipped goods!
They told then me that to me sellers though they confirmed earlier receiving the goods did not ship!
Shipment at them is very expensive, steal and then pretend to be idiots that they that did not receive!
As there are hidden payments, a yak collecting Fedex at the international shipments!
Very slowly ship, there are 7 days both more and again steal!

These people are pure scammers! Beware! Not recommended at all!
Once they receive your package, they will overcalculate shipping fee to your address by overestimating dimensions of the so called "consolidated Package", specially for combined items. The interface is poor, and I could never access their personalized support service to inquire, it always bugs! Be aware that once you create your account it's impossible to change your country of residence, so it's not possible to ship to friends or even to yourself in case you are traveling.
Worse service I have ever seen! Will never use again for sure.
Brought over $3000 USD in computer parts for shipping to new zealand. Amazon said they deviled the item's so did the postal service to Viaddress. They did not reply to my MANY email's for over 3 months till they sent me a email saying they sold the item's.

Viaddress.com is a scam. My order was delivered to them they did not added to my account that was a cell phone HTC one X and the address they have given me to place order is a fake address i have seen that on google maps that is an empty plot. BEWARE VIADDRESS.COM is SCAM if you don't trust me contant me *******@yahoo.com i will show u emails and delivery proof.
I have been a happy customer of Viaddress for a number of years. As I live outside the USA, and Amazon will ship less and less items to addresses outside the US, I rely on a service like Viaddress to get my stuff.
As mentioned, I was a happy customer because I never had any problems. However, all this changed with a vengeance last year. I placed an order beginning of December 2012. When I had not received my goods by January, I checked online and saw that the goods had been shipped back from Singapore to Viaddress, something Viaddress failed to let me know. Strike 1!
I contacted Viaddress and they told m they had to wait for an explanation from Fedex, an explanation that supposedly they had not gotten three months later. Strike 2!
I started to get very upset as I had not only lost goods to the tune of USD 2,000.00 but also shipping expenses of an additional USD 1,800.00. After repeatedly demanding some accounting for the whereabouts of these considerable expenses, Viaddress has stopped answering since the 5th of March. Strike 3!
In conclusion: stay away from this company. They are OK as long as nothing happens, but if anything goes wrong, customer support is non-existent and they will quite happily keep your money. I consider that theft but, living in Cambodia, my legal options are somewhat limited (and Viaddress is certainly aware of that). If anyone has suggestions who to contact in the USA to pursue legal actions, I would appreciate it.
Answer: Don't use them. Try myus.com instead. The calculator is fake they will add 3 times or more the charge and call it dimensional weight - that is if they decide to ship to you at all! Don't fall in their trap! At least they was my experience.
Answer: No way to contact them for refund, the answer machine asked me to visit website and their website is down
