Cannot say enough good things about viabox, I have used the service several times over the years to ship lots of different kinds of items from the USA to Australia ranging from the usual clothes and toys to hard to get cleaning products, yes liquid! And it was packaged so thoroughly it made it across the world unscathed, not bad! Highly recommended, users need to appreciate volumetric weight differences in shipping costs, that are the same across all shipping services freight forward company or not and with that knowledge compare prices, you'll find they are very competitive, will use viabox again soon!

The worst nightmare ever for the past 2 weeks cuz my stocks are stucked in Viabox warehouse, and they've been doing nothing to solve my problems but adding more problems day by day. It will take them at least 24hours to provide a response which doesn't solve anything. My shipment is way delayed and I totally regret using Viabox.
After months of research and after trying several other package forwarding companies, I came to the conclusion that Viabox is the best package forwarding service in the United States.
Their shipping rates are much lower than other packages forwarding companies and they have no hidden fees.
They've been around for several years and their service keeps getting faster and better with time.
I ordered some t-shirts from eBay US and had them shipped to Germany via Viabox. There was some initial confusion about my Bitcoin payment, but their customer service quickly helped out and the shipment has now arrived as expected with all items in good condition. Pretty fast, too, even though I chose the cheapest shipping carrier.
So I can happily recommend Viabox and will probably use it again!
Besides offering a great service at competitive rates Via Box are honest. I accidentally paid for my freight twice and the extra payment was sent back to my Pay Pal account from Via Box support team.

S ADDRESS. DIDNT GET A REPLY BACK TILL NEARLY A WEEK STATING I NEEDED TO SEND I. D IN ORDER TO DO THAT. I REPLIED WANTING TO GO THROUGH WITH IT EVEN THOUGHT WASNT COMFORTABLE WITH SENDING I. D DOCUMENTS THEN GOT AN EMAIL STATING THEY COULDNT SO IN ORDER FOR ME TO GET MY ITEMS PAID THERE STUPID $#*! OVERPRICE AND WILL DEFINITELY WONT BE USING THEM EVER AGAIN. ONLY WANTED TO TRY THEM OUT EVEN WITH BAD REVIEWS BUT IF YOU WANT A COMPANY TO DEAL WITH GO TO BOXHOP, SHOULD OF STUCK WITH MY GUT INSTINCTS AND REALISED THIS COMPANY ARE JUST THIEVES, STAY FAR AWAY!
Most pathetic freight forwarding company I ever used. I completely regret it. Delays & Disappointment each and every day. Outrageous shipping charges and give lame excuse for everything they do. I recommend myus. The best aside stackry
Don't be deceived by the excellent reviews on Viabox, These are probably done by their staff. They don't allow feedback on their Facebook wall which tells you a lot.
They delivered my package after 22 days despite the fact that I paid for 3-7 days delivery. Then they had the cheek to blame me for not choosing 2-3 delivery.
Don't belive positive revives of this company. All those reviews are fake bought on fiver.com for 5$
The viabox company is one big scam.
