I am unsure whether these people are thieves and scammers or merely incompetent. They have had my goods for over a month now and despite paying very overpriced freight charges they are yet to send the products.
My contact with the local sheriffs department indicates that they are known to be very dubious in nature.
There are plenty of alternatives out there, use them.
Oh and Viaadress - if you aren't too busy paying for positive reviews and actually want to address some complaints my suite is Unit A******* - send me my fricken stuff!

Viaddress are at it again, read the reviews underneath and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out they are fake. Either Viaddress are paying people again to post fake reviews or it is someone in their employment who has English as a poor second language. The ONLY way you will get anything delivered from this company at the moment is to complain to the Elkhart Police dept. Do you really want to use a company like this? Check the reviews on their facebook page if you don't believe me.

I purchased three items off eBay, they all got delivered to Viaddress in Nov. Viaddress didn't update my shipping manager until 16th Dec, despite the 20 or so emails I sent to them asking them to do so and listing tracking numbers / delivery details in the emails.
At last, they had acknowledged my items had arrived so I could now pay for the shipping. Paid immediately. I've had no response since and when I log into the shipping manager its asking me to pay again!
I've sent about 50 emails, no response. Used their "new" complaints process, no response to that either.
So not only have they got my goods, they have also scammed me out the shipping money. My only course now seems to be to try and contact the Elkhart police dept who recently investigated these guys and try and lodge another complaint with them.
As to anyone who posts here and says their received their items, I challenge you to list the tracking numbers from purchase to Viaddress and then to you otherwise you are just useless posters who are most probably paid by Viaddress to try and lift their ratings...

Based on my experience since the middle of November, I find any review that praises Viaddress' prompt shipping and responsive customer service hard to believe.
It appears that that they are legit, although there are any number of people who claim Viaddress are scammers, however their service, even allowing for recent problems and moving sites is appalling.
Forunately I do not have a lot of money tied up in packages they are holding, but even so, I will be relieved if and when my items turn up when I ask (and pay) for them to be shipped.
At present I am waiting for a reply to a question I sent through 3 days ago, and the reponse to my last enquiry was a cut and paste that many people have received when asking about the status of their items.

Website - Impressive, once logged in, you'll be welcome by a user dashboard. It allows you to put in the expected orders and updates you once the parcel arrives. It doesn't update me on the item I paid for shipping.

Service - Slow in response. Paid for shipping for a week now and hasn't got any updates on my item being shipped. Doesn't response to email. Will try calling - my bet is I wouldn't get through.

Overall experience - Not good. Will not encourage anyone to use them., it's only gotta be a one time thing.

I wanted to buy some Christmas gifts from an online boutique belonging to a renowned brand. After marking in my head my favorite products, my wishlist was threatened to become a bittersweet memory due to the site's country limitations. Since my mind was made up, I decided to browse for a cost-effective solution to have my goods dispatched outside the U.S. Viaddress.com provided the solution I needed and guess what? My huge Christmas order was delivered to me safe and sound. I will definitely think of them for my future orders.

They have low price shipping, free etc etc. BUT their respon are horrible! And if you guys ship to this company WITHOUT tracking number then say goodbye to your goods. YES, they stole my clothes! Bought items from ebay, forward to viaddress by USPS flat rate without tracking number and now they never reply my email everytime i asking this shipment. They were sent priority in a flat rate shipping box, so i know they arrived.

Enough of these phony reviews... Damn. I've been using VIAddress for a couple of weeks and it hasn't been very bad. All my packages are listed in the account area and I've already received a refund for a cancelled concierge order.
They are slow. And their PR sucks! I mean, there's something about the replies they send you which seems to say something like "you guys are jerks. If anything goes wrong, it's your fault".
If you can put up with that I guess it's ok. I hope someone would find this useful. I'll post more comments after (if?) my order gets shipped.
